Picked this location for pick up and apparently they have their own rules that aren’t clarified in the app before you pay the “hold for pick up” fee.. Only the named person on the package can pick up the package, Even if your address on your ID is the same as the one on the package, FIRST AND LAST name AND address have to match. No letters of release or FaceTime calls with the named individual holding their ID with proof of ownership is allowed. Funny how security is so tight for a pick up package yet, they just throw your stuff at your door for anyone to be able to grab. Makes no sense to me

apparently the manager is to busy to help a customer. Also very unprofessional for the counter lady to stop helping a customer to go pay her bills

UPS was worthless. You'd be better using Federal Express or even the post office. My package requires required an adult signature. Unfortunately I was not home to sign for the package. UPS failed to hold my package at the depot as they promised. After multiple phone calls with customer service and appearing at the depot several times to collect the package it was a huge disappointment to learn the the package was returned to the sender. I will not be using UPS in the future

I have to take a lot of things to UPS because I order a lot of online stuff and I have to return things via UPS. I love this little place. It’s tiny. There’s usually not a line, but when there is it takes quick to go through. I particularly like the clerk there. She is sweet and funny, and always makes my visit there worthwhile. Thanks, UPS.

Ms Trina is great, professional, funny, outgoing, and detail oriented.She is customer service. As for policy, corporate is slow to make changes, always has been.

UPS customer service is non-existent. I called and spoke to 4 agents who each assured me that they had corrected the shipping adress. I placed a “Hold at facility” order on Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning I received a notify work that my order is available for pickup at fort walton customer center. LaKeitha was on duty and rudely informed me that “you ditnn put no hold for pickup order” till this morning. And that it has been placed on a truck for delivery at 7pm tonight. She also told me that since the home order was placed, that I need to come back at 6pm to pickup the package.She argued with me - even though both my app and her website confirmed that the hold order was placed, she denied it and basically said “It’s not my job to help you” her attitude was nasty, dismissive, rude and completely unwilling to help. She posted me to a customer service line to someone in the Phillipines.I was looking at the tracking app show if that the hold for pickup order was confirmed, and she is lying to my face saying that the hold order wasn’t in her System till after he truck left. I got confirmation at 7:06 at that it was held for pickup.At 9:46 am it left on a truck for “unable to deliver” because according to her it was not in the System.This is a huge issue of UPS being unable to provide customer service, and the local management for hiring such rude, combative and incompetent people. Really bad taste in my mouth for UPS over this

A package failed to send to my house and came here. There hours are different, they don't answer phone when calling, and refuse to give me my package when I showed up. They refused to even look and verify it was in the warehouse without a tracking number.
