I have been using Southern Cartworks for 5+ years. I am very happy and pleased with their service. Especially happy that they do the tune ups and simple work at my house. Because they are busy they can be difficult to reach. But I always do, even if it takes a couple of tries. I recommend Southern Cartworks to all my friends.

If your cart is electric don't expect them to order batteries even though the first guy said they would.

Pickup driver is not fit to be on the road. Blew through a red light and turned right in front of me on 466 and Morse (1/25/23) while towing a trailer with several carts. If you'd like to get your cart back in one piece or not have it involved in a vehicular homicide investigation I'd stay far away from this place.

They have always done a great job on my older golf cart. They fix what needs to be fixed and nothing more . Bryan and Leesa are wonderful. I've been using them for 10 years and everything has always been done quickly and professionally.

Booked a vacation late to Villages so every place in Villages was out of carts Dawn was nice enough to put me on their call list of someone canceled ( with COVID very fluid) she called me back a few days before we left and had the cutest cart for us for the week! Dawn is a Hoot !

Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They had my cart for over a month with no communication from them. I had repeatedly left messages, and they never answer the phone and they never check their messages. I FINALLY got a hold of them and the cart was returned after 5 weeks. The cart still wasn't running right. I called again and again with no luck. Finally, the last message I left said that I was going to cancel the check if I didn't hear from them by the end of the day. Never heard from them so I cancelled the check. The next day I get a threatening voicemail saying he's going to the media with this and he was going to call the police. I get a call from the officer stating that I am guilty of labor theft. The cart still wasn't working right I told him, and if the owner wanted to come and get it and try again that would be fine. He came and got it and a week later he returned it with the same issues. I took it to The Villages Golf Cars, they fixed it correctly. The fix had nothing to do with what this guy tried to do. I wasted $1000 and 5 weeks of my life on this company. I don't know how they're still in business, but I am confident that it's not because of return customers.
