Over a period of about 2 weeks I called and left voicemails 3 separate times as well as sending an email to schedule an appointment and could never get a call back. I'm not sure if he's in business anymore.

Derek did an amazing job. He worked so hard on my car for many hours. He was kind and his prices are the most fair in town. He even got all my stickers off the bumper. The car looks just like it did when I bought it. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. I am so lucky to have found him. 10/10 recommended. My car has never looked so good. I’m so amazed. My headlights are clear. My rims are clean. The seats are like new. I can’t tell you how pleased I am. They worked on it for four hours! So professional! I highly recommend!!

Derek was punctual, professional, and worked tirelessly to get my car looking great! I had never had my car detailed and it showed- I didn’t feel judged at all and Derek did his best work to clean up my messy old car. His rate is extremely reasonable compared to other companies- he is very fair. I will absolutely be using his services again and can’t recommend him highly enough!

Derek used to be the best in town. But it has happened now on several occasions that I make an appointment and he does not show up or cancels. Both scenarios are unprofessional, but the not showing up and not responding a text or voicemail is really something to behold. I was a client before he had clients. And even with all the business I have referred to him over the years, I was not treated with more respect and decency. Sadly, I will not be recommending him to anyone as NO ONE deserves to have their time wasted like this. And he’s not the only one who details cars. And frankly, over the years, he has gotten extremely expensive for subpar work. Such a shame. Stay away.

I can't speak about his abilities because he never showed up to wax my 2015 camaro. I texted and called and no response. I understand being tied up with another client but a call or text would have been nice when you spend your whole day waiting on him. Very unprofessional
