Manager needs to learn more about other states and id’s if she is going to Id. The state I am from gives us a temporary id’s and I gave it to her and I also gave her a expired hard copy id I had and still said I can’t trust it. I went through the same thing at Publix luckily there manager knew about other states and id’s. Never again will I be back there and she was so rude about it. terrible experience definitely take your money else where

Supposed to be 24 hours. It's definitely not. Most of the employees are nasty and rude. They will clock in and lock the doors so you can't come in. They pick and choose who to ID. Ridiculous

This store frequently closes the store. I spend $$ on a sip and save and there are many nights that I can’t even use my sip n save because they close the store. I’m on a third shift schedule.. so it’s not like I can get up and use it during the day. If you are on a night schedule(2nd or 3rd shift) I don’t recommend getting the sip n save. Some of the employees are super rude as well. Spend your $$ elsewhere. Or go down to main street’s circle k.

Nice staff but bathrooms could use a cleaning up big time since u have to get a key from the cashier to use the bathroom. Floor very dirty in the bathroom, sink dirty, no sign up that says employees must wash hands before u return to work, toilet is very nasty, and no soap to wash hands

Sent my brother in to cash lottery tickets for me. He was treated rudely and passive aggressively because the winnings were a measly $70. Was also told off because I did not scratch the barcode on the tickets I sent my brother in with.If this is how you run your business (which clearly it is), you have lost my business.It is basic customer service, and I do not provide money to bad businesses. Shame on that cashier.I write a lot of reviews and very very few are bad (unless they need to be). NOT OKAY

The manager is very nice. He keeps the exterior nice and clean. He has improved this place in the past 18 months I have been going there. He has gotten rid of the loitering. Paul

The black older lady that works in the evening is the nastiest employee I've ever met. She act as though I'm getting on her nerve. I will never go into this store again and have informed others of her and and her attitude

I entered Store #1307 NE Waldo Road to purchase a drink. After my purchase I left the store, but soon realized I lost my wallet. I panicked and immediately returned to the store and was greeted by Tayonia. I expressed to her that I lost my wallet. Tayonia showed great customer service sklils by asking if I had a receipt or knew the total of my purchase I think as a means to time stamp the time I was in the store. She went as far as contacting the store manager to inquire about reviewing the cameras to assist me. Tayonia also went beyond her scope of duties to take my contact information and that of my parents because I don't live in the area and wouldn't be returning for a few weeks. Fast forward, I realized that I visited another store in the area approximately thirty minutes before Store #1307 and lo and behold, I located my wallet. As a courtesy gesture I returned to Store #1307 to thank Tayonia for her kindness and excellent customer service skills to assist me. It is service provided by Tayonia that makes one realize that genuine people still exist. I believe Tayonia should be commended for her service.

This Kangaroo has an employee who frequently “closes” this store after 11pm. This has happened on numerous weekend nights. The employee states it is because she is working by herself. Her “friend” stands at the door like a doorman letting people in and out. This literally just happened about 15 minutes ago. I’m so tired of businesses on the east side of town using one excuse or another to close early, even though these same places are open a lot later or 24 hours in other more “affluent ” areas of town.So this lady gets paid to sit in an empty store every Friday and Saturday. I guess I’ll take my money down the road where it’s safer for the employees that work in the “hood”.

Cashier said my card declined which was a lie. I paid with another card and left. Called my bank and found out that the original transaction was not declined! I was charged twice! The cashier told me my card wouldn't allow for tobacco/alcohol purchases. Hello, I'm 35 yrs old. Had to file a fraud claim and get a new card. Also, during this I discovered that another fraudulent charge was on my account from another circle k.
