men's room had graffiti on the walls scratches in the walls of toilet paper dispenser was broke open there was no way to dry your hands the trash can was overflowing the bathroom smells out of urine reported to the staff he said they only clean it once in the morning and once in the end of the day

This is the WORST gas station. First off they let transients congregate by the front entrance doors and hang out in the store asking patrons for money. Secondly the lady working this morning at 7:50am was rude and needs customer service training badly. She had a guy at counter who walked away mid purchase. Instead of asking if she could help me she stood staring blankly at me like a deer caught in headlights. So I took the initiative and said Can I pay for my gas or are you waiting for that guy to come back. She rudely states to me I said good morning and was waiting for your response. Well apparently YOU need to speak up and learn some manners. I wish I had hit 1 for terrible service on her screen because that is what she provided. Come on Circle K management you can do better and provide better for your customers who keep your doors open!!!!

Where do I start the cashier Vicki is just awesome I have been driving a lot of miles in just 2 days for 2 family emergencies and one very important Dr appointment if my own I traveled from Western NC to south FL on the west coast 3 more hours to the east coast in one day turned around that eve drive to Central Florida and now back to western NC needles to say I have been to many stores I also go from NC to the east coast of Fl every month and I have never been treated as well as I was tonight by Vickie I had several issues with my debit card it wouldn't work outside or in she finally got it as a credit then I needed Ice and had not even a penny on me and my card was such an issue she took out of her own pocket to help me she also helped me with some coffee so I could get back on the road and not have to deal with the card problem anymore she has made this exhausting trip way more pleasant today and brightened my day with her generousity her smile her bubbly attitude her knowledge of her Job just all the way around a great person a great experience the store was clean and she personally left behind the counter to help a man get cheese and a man get a drink I think that's what it was because she was so quick you didnt even know she was gone but she was still so friendly and helpful her smile and great attitude always remained the same Vickie your an amazing person ty for helping me on what has been a very hard tiring and taxing 3 day trip your also an amazing employee and they should be honered and lucky they have you???????

It's pouring down rain and the cashier was nice enough that she tied my bags, and grabbed a pizza box for my hot dog. The staff is super friendly!
