Only stopped by the service center for an inspection. They failed my very clean motorcycle, a ZX14, saying there were "too many forward facing lights". It's stock, the headlights are supposed to look like that. See any Kawasaki ZX14. Just...wow. I immediately rode it to Curry's and got a sticker on the spot. Won't even consider Citgo's service center again. Both Curry's and the VA Tire & Auto are much better service shops. I even trust either of them for my race vehicle inspections. Such a pity the service tech was just plain ignorant or incredibly misinformed.

If only I had read some of the other reviews before going...horrible service center. Warning...do not take your car here for inspection. Rude inspector, picks your car apart from top to bottom, and tells you things that are wrong with your car that actually aren't. They are just looking to scam you out of your money. I have forewarned everyone that I know to stay away from this place.

What a great local business! Dale & Diane are honest people & have helped me & my daughters with our car issues, more than once. So nice, as a woman, to not be taken advantage of with car repairs! Will be giving them all of my families car repair business.

Gas and go! I asked for a safety inspection, and the service man cocked me and attitude, "I just need to know what you want." I felt like I moved into a neighborhood of red necks and overpricing mo-foz. I haven't found a trustworthy, fair priced, professionally respectful mechanic in Gainesville yet. I would rather go to someone who will ask the same overpriced amount and give me respect, because I'm the reason they have a job. Don't get service done here.

Very friendly staff. Gas is a little pricey here.

They will not honor the free check-in car wash. The guy at the counter kept demanding that I, "bring him a print-out." When I explained that I had unfortunately left my pocket printer at home, and besides that's not how check-ins work, he was unconvinced and I was forced to leave car wash-less. Bottom line, don't look for the yelp deal unless you're carrying a portable printer that is magically synced to your phone. In fact, just don't go here, they suck.

I brought my SUV in for an inspection and oil change. The service technician pointed out a few other items that needed attention and I had that work completed also. I feel I received a fair and honest assessment of the additional repairs and the price was reasonable. Also there was no pressure to get the work done. It's a pleasure to do visit a shop that is making customer service a priority. I'm glad to have found a repair facility close by my house that does quality and honest work.

I went here for an insspection sticker. They put my vehicle up on a lift to find every little thing they could make money on. They failed me due to a leak in my rack and pinion. They gave me an estimate for repairs of 1100.00. I laughed in his face as he asked me if I wanted to schedule the repair. I researched the repair and found that they marked up every part needed by 100%. They also wanted to charge 130.00 to flush the power steering. Most of the fluid is stored in the rack so why would I need to pay for a flush? Its all going to come out anyway. I bought the parts from Advance for 211.00. Im paying 200.00 in labor to put it on. I will never go to this shop again.

This is the place to go while shopping in Virginia Gateway if you need a cold beverage or a snack to sustain you - short of going to a restaurant. They have a rather large convenience store area: coffee, tea, bottled water, beer, soft drinks, snacks, toiletries, sundries, and more. I've been here a few times for cold beverages, once to gas up and once to use the drive thru car wash. Good location!
