Absolutely awful customer service. I have tried for many years to keep my business here but unfortunately I had to make the switch. I am in healthcare and there is zero patient centered care here. Sad because even when discussing it with the healthcare professionals they are dismissive and even more rude.

I wish I could leave 0 stars!! DO NOT get tested for Covid here. They told me it would be 2-4 days before getting my results, so far it’s been 8 days and I still haven’t gotten my results. I tried calling them but I was on hold for 1 hour and then got hung up on. Worst experience.

Worse experience ever!!! I went to the wrong CVS by accident... The pharmacy girl with the purple hair was so RUDE. I'm never going to that store again!!!
