The store is remodeled and very nice. The staff is very friendly. Sam, Elon, all very polite , welcoming, professional, and helpful. The store hosted college athletes yesterday as an event. It was a very nice time. The store was well stocked, very clean, and impressive.

Has a lot to choose from, only thing is there was a rude brunette with bangs who was the cashier , aside from customer service. It was beautiful ?

Really hard to find an employee to help you. I needed to buy headphones that were locked and walked around the store for 5 minutes looking for someone who worked there. Didn't just stand by them, but actually walked around and looked, there were 0 cashiers at the front. I wish they would at least put a bell at the counter to get their attention.

Sunday, not feeling well and needed some OTC medications.NO ONE in the store. The Benadryl required that an in-store person help me check out. Forget that!My question is, how can a store with such bad, frankly non-existent service, survive. My assumption is that students (I am not a student) will tolerate this incredibly poor service. Not me. Never again.. Where is the nearest Walgreens!

I went there at 10:54, I still got 6 minutes before the store closes, but there is one employee/staff refuse to let me in, I was just try to get ibuprofen really quick, it seems like they just want to go home earlier and they don’t care about their customers, so that’s the way you treat your customers? You honestly deserve a negative feedback.

I occasionally visit this cvs while biking to grab snacks and whatnot. On two separate occasions I have experienced rudeness from one employee. One instance was when I was using the self checkout register, was probably one out of four people actually inside the store, she gave me instructions, and then snidely said under her breath “oh so we don’t listen anymore”- no way to treat a customer. The second instance was this evening when my friend and I were shopping for hallmark cards, we were told by this same lady something along the lines of we couldn’t “hang out all night there”, when we were being respectful to the store and had been there for at the most 10 minutes. This lady is never in uniform and never seems to be doing any work. There is barely anyone ever working at the registers, thankfully they have one self checkout kiosk.

Im not giving the cvs a one star review just this one lady, most employees are nice. One of the employees however is not, not sure what her name is. But she is prob the rudest person i have met, she deserves to work at amazon with horrible pay and awful working conditions.

I stopped by this CVS this evening. The store was clean, well stocked, amazing prices, but the best part was the awesome customer service given by Desmond. I hope I'm spelling his name right. He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for!! Wish I could have given him 10 stars!

There is always a long line, the employees are always running around or completely ignoring you. They choose a time to close for "lunch break" even though they're actively working & there's no indication they're on lunch break until you arrive & are told they're closed. I've been trying for 3 days to pick up a prescription unsuccessfully. They absolutely do not have peoples best interest in mind here. Go to Publix or literally any other pharmacy

I don't tend to leave reviews because my experience at places is usually pretty Mundane. But this CVS is so wildly unprofessional and waste so many people in the communities time I thought I have to write something. I needed to pick up a prescription for a medication that I cannot skip a day of. I was notified on three separate days that my prescription was ready and three separate times I came to the store to be told that it was nowhere in the system. This was not just confined to me, as someone in front of me was turned away after having been notified that their prescription was ready as well. There was only one computer working and the people at the counter could not seem to be bothered in the slightest about the 10 people in line waiting for absurd amount of time. I found myself waiting for an hour and a half. I was talking to people in line and they were just as frustrated and said this happens all the time. Don't waste your time. Find another pharmacy. Please!

I was able to schedule appointments on two different occasions across a weeks time to get the COVID booster at the CVS at 901 N Main St, Gainesville, FL. Both times I showed up on time and was informed that they do not have the adequate staffing to provide COVID vaccinations or boosters. I asked them if they could remove their location as accepting appointments and they told me that the system wouldn't allow them to.

okay... i am a 19 year old college student who has neverrrr written a bad review in my life (i barely right them anyways). it is 9:07am, and i have a longggg road trip ahead of me. the pharmacy was supposed to be open at 9am, but it is closed on the inside. how unprofessional. although my prescription is not a dire emergency, this could have been terrible for someone who absolutely needs their medicine. i would rather slam my fingers into a car door than deal with these people because SOMETHING is always up. the manager (i think) was really nice about it though.
