I was assisted and greeted by Brennen when I entered the store, he showed me some important health items that I needed. The interior is updated to today’s standards compared to where I live and more organized. I paid at the register and the clerk Alyssa was very courteous and asked if I found what I needed as I did. This Is How CVS Pharmacy should be. Thanks, Guys!

Friendly and nice people, but somehow they always try to charge more then my GoodRx price with the coupon. After review they correct it, maybe a computer error, but they should fix that.

dropped off prescription from my doctor of almost 10 years in Jacksonville. But because I recently transferred here for law school, I was filling it here, as that is my prerogative... and oh yea, I live here! Unfortunately, an ignorant pharmacist decided to profile me and say my Rx was “out of area.” Are you serious? That’s new on me. Get some CLEs for dealing with different diagnoses so you don’t feel the need to profile in the future. All about education. If I were CVS I’d pay for this female pharmacist to take some classes.

This is a larger CVS with a drive thru pharmacy. The store is clean and well maintained but the staff needs training. Cashier did not know how to use a manufacturer's coupon for formula. Very long transaction time.

In general I hate going to the drug store. It's frustrating, confusing, expensive and a huge waste of time. This place is not an exception. I only go to these places when the doctor wants to experiment... then I cringe. In short you stand around for a long time, have to answer a dozen questions just to pay random amounts money so they pick a box off the shelf. Nothing fun or helpful

Today, Nov 22, 2017, my wife went to this CVS Pharmacy to get her prescription refilled. To her disbelief Pharmacist Bianca refused to refilled prescription and became very rude to her in the process. My wife tried to explain to Pharmacist Bianca, that she had Dr notes and spoke to the other pharmacist, but Ms. Bianca just kept on saying" I don't care, I`am not filling your prescription". " I don't care.' That's all she said to my wife. My wife came away with the feelings of disappointed, disturbed, and discriminated. I can only hope CVS can fix this problem. Bryan

There is a new pharmacy manager who has been great so far. He is especially helpful to those of us who have to take pain meds. Customer service is wonderful in the store and the pharmacy. I did have problems with the previous pharmacy management though. Luckily she is gone now. Usually everyone is very friendly and helpful. I like this location very much.

The pharmacy manager at this CVS location is unethical. She denies medication to patients with valid prescriptions. This is solely based on her decision and not based on a CVS policy or DEA policy. Horrible customer service!
