Often go to this Dollar Tree to pick up a few odds and ends, and the service is always great. Somehow always end up being checked out by the same cashier- with short dreads and black gauges and they are always so kind to every customer. One time the person ahead of me was taking their time to count coins and the cashier showed so much empathy and patience. Thank you for all you do & for keeping things accessible!!

Does Dollar tree has changed drastically as far as customer service and cleanliness. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly, and all of the aisles were clear of clutter and everything was neatly organized. There were no boxes on the ground and there was a great selection of products including Dollar tree plus items. The manager was a gentleman and asked me if I needed help, and treated his employees respectfully. What a breath of fresh air compared to the Dollar tree on main Street

A hot mess. Nothing is ever stocked. I had an online order I had to pick up and I waited for the manager to “look for it” for like 10-15 minutes while I heard her on a personal phone call talking about her work schedule and how much money she’ll make. Never was actually looking for it. A ghetto mess.

Guy at the checkout was very nice. The folks who work here always appear to be doing the best they can, so my comments about the store are not a reflection of their work.As I so often see in Dollar Tree these days though, merchandise was stacked up to the point that it was difficult to walk through the aisles and it blocked many of the items on the shelves. At the same time, there were large gaps on the shelves where there was no merchandise. Add to that the grimy windows, dusty floors and overall dinginess, and shopping here is not a pleasure. Why do you think this is? Not enough employees (thank you COVID)? Lack of oversight? Poor stock ordering? Ineffective management? Whatever the reason, it takes away from the whole ‘boy I’m getting such a deal!’ feeling.

The store has noticeably degraded since my last visit. I don't blame the staff as they seem woefully short-handed. It was all they could do to keep the checkout lines under 6 people. Much less sweep back the tide of clutter created by customers, and stock incoming merchandise.

I would give a zero if I could. It is clear there is no attempt to keep it organized at all. The craft isle (and other isles) look like a tornado went through. Went in 3 separate times and looked the same every time. Just pure laziness!!!

I love going to Dollar tree especially this time of year because of Valentine's Day I bought lots of chocolate candies little plastic jars hard candy all for Valentine's I had a great time and of course the price is always great.

Only had one check out line open during the middle of the day and the store was cluttered per usual. But hey it's the Dollar Tree.

Boxes are always all over the place sometimes can’t get down the aisle, never fully stocked. Seems to be getting a little better here lately

Terrible!!!!! Go to another store or pay extra elsewhere! The manger is rude and belittles her staff in front of customers! The lines are ridiculously long. Older lady with grey hair is just terrible!!!! She doesn’t like to work and gets mad if she has to help staff. The company needs to recognize the common demonstrator. They have no staff for a reason!
