Wonderful little shop. I love their wide selection of canned fish (sprat, cod liver, etc) and Kiska sausages. My daughters love the variety of Russian and Eastern European candies. The owner is a sweet lady who is happy to help you find any items.

I have gone to attempt to shop there three times within the past few months all three times I visited I did not enter as a German Sheppard (on the loose) was guarding the door from the inside. I have friends who drove by, parked and did not enter either because of the same reason. They are loosing business because of the dog, but maybe they are catering to the select clientele who does not mind and don't need any extra business.

Wonderful taste of Eastern Europe in Gainesville! They have many products, mostly Russian, and the owner and cashier are extremely sweet and welcoming! Love getting seasoning and snacks that remind me of home!

I love this place. The lady who works there is really sweet. I'm not Russian at all but there are a few Russian foods/snacks that I really enjoy. I'll definitely be coming back!

It was my favorite store while we lived in Gainesville! They have a great variety of favorite Russian foods from kielbasa and pelmeni (dumplings), to cottage cheese (tvorog) and caviar, and much more! The owner is such a sweet lady!

I went from living in Haifa, with home made pelmini at restaurants, to rural Florida with nothing Russian for miles. Then I relocated to Gainesville and was pleasantly surprised. Both the girl who often runs the counter and the owner are absolutely lovely. And they have a great frozen pelmini selection, so I'm no longer without!

I was pleasantly surprised at all the wonderful foods. I was able to find all the Polish food items to create a wonderful dinner.I will definitely be going back and if you are looking for Russian or Polish items you should go there too!
