I called this location to see what the price of an oil change was for my vehicle he was extremely rude and said “it depends what vehicle you’re driving and if I want to do it” I then told him the type of vehicle I have and he said “I don’t work on European cars!!!” very rudely and hung up the phone on me. Will not recommend this place to anyone in Gainesville. If you don’t work on certain cars you should have that posted so no one wastes their time to call you! Honestly I wish I could give zero stars.

Our car got stuck infront of Gator garage . Off of NW 6th Street and NW16th ave with busy traffic. The guy that works there just watched while we struggle pushing the car into his parking lot. We went into his store to apologize that we're parked in his property. We was going to ask him if he could check the car since it is a mechanic store. But right before we even tried to walk in and asked, with out hesitation he threatened us to move our car. A good samaritan helped us move this car into his parking lot. And left. I told the guy nicely we can't move the car without help. He told me to do it our self. I showed him I just got shoulder surgery and I'm not capable of moving the car. He said well too bad either you move it or I'm calling the tow company. Talk about being rude. Bad customer service that's all I have to say.

Phil is honest and does such a great job. Always feel safe after I leave here. He can some times come off a little rude but it's a small price to pay for honesty.

Went out of my way to support a small business and kinda regret it. Charged me $50 for an oil change, Firestone costs $18 if I'm not mistaken. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful, but I'm not feeling great about paying more than double what I normally do while a "build the wall, crime will fall" bumper sticker looms over

Ridiculous pricing for ethanol free gas...but I should have expected it, since their gas prices are higher than just about everywhere else here.

One of 1st service stations in Gainesville. Owner still works at cash register. No pay at pump... take your credit card inside & leave he turns on pump for you..... go get card. Has a service department with mechanic on duty. Cute old fashioned service.

Sign me up to manage this place, because I've seen McDonald's that blow this place out of the water when it comes to customer service. I walked in and asked how much it would be for an oil change (for reference, Jiffy Lube was gonna be open for the next couple hours so it wasn't an unreasonably late hour) and the guy acted pissed off that I would even ask for work done at that time. Apparently the guy closes up shop for the day at around 1-2 pm and after that you can just buy their gas that's at least 20 cents more expensive than everyone else's or use their mini mart. The guy seemed angry that I would dare come to him for service and totally disinterested in running his own business. It wouldn't have been that hard for the guy to just say "I'm sorry man, we actually close up the garage around 1, but come around tomorrow and I can get you a better deal on that oil change than anyone around," or anything that remotely resembled that statement. Instead, as others have noted, he shrugged, grunted, and pretty much mean mugged his way through what was an interaction with a potential new customer.
