Cheryl is fantastic. I have a great fear of giving blood and needles and each time she has been super understanding and took great care of me. She is kind and quick, I know i am in good hands when she pokes me.

I've visited this location 3 times in the past 3 years and the staff has always been extremely nice and professional. I have never felt uncomfortable.

The phlebotomist was extremely talented and personable. No pain and rapid. Looked after me afterwards. All around she's a star.

TLDR: poor service and track your own draw times or they will forget if you are there for a 3 hour test.
Writing this review which has me surprised by other 5 star reviews. maybe the people providing goof service quit. I came in for a 3 hour test. the staff completely forgot about me and I had to constantly remind them to take my test. they never said anything or apologized. if I had waited too long I would have had to start the 3 hour test over again. If you are relying on the patient to do your job for you then you should say so up front and provide the draw times so the patient can track it on their own instead of just having them guess.

Carla is excellent at drawing blood and customer service. I hope Quest is treating her well, she deserves it.

First time my ten year old had to have blood drawn and the lady was amazing. Definitely will return.

Fast and efficient collection service. A comprehensive testing menu without the typical problems associated with a doctor's office or hospital visit! Sadly, test results are Slow to post. You'll be waiting a week to receive routine hematology & chemistry.

Easy check in process. Less that 2 minutes wait. I was pleasantly surprised to be called just a couple of minutes after I checked in.

Honestly always treated well at this location! I have had staff go above and beyond when I have run into issues such as uncertain coverage (helped me know I did not have it for a lab) and physical activity graciously. No issues with draws even a very extensive one. These folks work hard and keep cool!

Where are staff? Greeted by sign in machines which functioned OK, but nobody to answer questions or accept require samples. If this is the future of Medical Services - sad!!!
