Don't try filling your scripts here if you're not a UF student. The pharmacy wouldn't fill my medication if I wasn't a UF student. Discriminating people depending on their class and ability to go to the big school. Not cool at all. Avoid at all costs. Pharmacists are rude, too.

It feels awesome to have to degrade myself. Now let me be clear, I usually never give reviews like this and I review only food but this was b******** In terms of service this was probably the worst CVS I had been to. The stores are uniform in stock in appearance usually, this is not the issue here. I am rating this low due to the bathroom. The bathroom was horrible, only one stall for the men's. There was no toilet paper when I went in after someone. I don't know what that person was doing but I certainly know he was not using the toilet. Now no toilet paper, that's strike one.To get a remedy for no toilet paper, I made a phone call. I had to fight with an automated operator to be able to call the front desk to get someone to throw me a roll of toilet paper. The fact that this store has to have an automated operator instead of someone just answering the phone is b******** That's strike two. Now the cherry on top of this b******* is: there was no apology for leaving the bathroom with no toilet paper or at least not one I could hear. Both rolls were empty. There was no greeting nor have a nice day upon entering or leaving. There was no paper towel either so I couldn't wipe my a*** This place doesn't even have the decency of having paper towels. That's strike three. I felt degraded because I had to ask for toilet paper. I rate this CVS a "bucket of tears/10" for their lack of decency of not having a supplied men's room. Or a 0/10. I didn't even get my courtesy pack of gum for using the restroom. The saddest thing about writing this review is that I had to give this place one star instead of zero.Oh and there is no sign for the women's bathroom too. So that's strike 4.Great job CVS. Your winner!

Don't ever try to call the helpline for Minute Clinic. I've been on hold for over an hour and no one has answered. Just a lot of 'we apologize for the delay' messages. Worst phone/customer service line ever. Definitely will not use a Minute Clinic again because I was told to call regarding vaccine availability before I scheduled an appointment or walked in. What's the use if no one answers the phone? Useless.

Went to the minute clinic because I was not feeling well. The nurse practitioner took my temperature and said it was too high and I needed to go to the emergency room. She told me since I wasn't seen there would be no charges so off the the er I went. Fast forward three months until I get a bill from them for 100 dollars. I called to tell them that the np working that day said I wouldn't be charged because I wasn't seen. The lady on the phone said it wasn't up to the nurse practitioner and I was being charged for my temperature being taken. Most expensive temperature reading ever. I was really disappointed and won't go back!

This CVS is a modern day clean well-organized convenient general store without a mini-café. It's in a centralized location for easy access. It's a vibrant store and the cashiers/attendants are helpful and very nice. You can pick-up a prescription, get make-up, birthday cards, impressive gifts, milk for the house, snacks and plenty of other incidentals in a pinch.

Ran in after the gym to grab a couple things and was pleasantly surprised! Clean and well organized with a very helpful staff. I couldn't find a couple items I needed since I'm used to shopping at CVS, but a lovely staff member (regrettably I did not catch her name,) happily assisted me in find them. She even gave me a couple of hair tips at checkout based on my purchases! I had a very positive experience, and would recommend this location. My only complaint is that it is a bit of a hassle to exit back onto Archer. At 6 am it wasn't a big deal, but I imagine later in the day it is an issue.

Review for the Pharmacy-- Waited awhile for someone to answer. Man working in the Pharmacy 9/12/18 at 9:52AM answers "uh hello, pharmacy" like he's upset to be taking a call. Should have hung up from there. When asking about their discount card information, he proceeds to be sarcastic with "uh whatever your copay is" and "uh we can't do that," unprofessional answers, when another Pharmacy did it two weeks ago. I ended up calling the Pharmacy on SW 13th down the road right after this call, and they were able to look up the information I need to the exact cent amount in less than 2 minutes--were very kind as well. This pharmacist is too good to have to do his job, glad I've gone elsewhere.

Minute Clinic was completely useless. My wife strained a muscle in her back and was in severe pain. The CNP showed up late and couldn't get the system to boot. She tried to send us across town to the other CVS clinic, but we decided to wait. 20 minutes later she finally made some phone calls and, while never actually speaking to anyone, heard a message that IT knew the network system was down and was working on it, with no ETA of fix. Sending us 20 minutes across town would have resulted in the same useless situation. We went a block down the road to the UF Carespot, and were in and out in 15 minutes. The CNP on staff was clueless. Save yourself the time and frustration, and go to the Carespot down the road.

CVS is essentially those emergency stores when you visit a town and there's no Walmart and it's late at night. Being 24/7 makes it highly efficient to just stop by and grab whatever you need. Be it a toothbrush, shampoo, or even a quick beverage or snack. The prices as such are usually shot up compared to typical retail value of some items. Which I find to be fair. It occasionally has really good deals with BOGO items and discounts on select products. I highly encourage you to enroll in their membership program which is free and just gives you the ability to access all these benefits at no additional cost. I know restaurant owners buy soda at cvs because of how good the deal is sometimes. I have seen cvs progressively grow from its limited selection of choices to almost a mini-Walmart. Expanding its selection to fair priced entertainment such as toys and third-party machines like Redbox. Overall I find CVS to be my go-to for pharmacy pick ups and any emergency goods I need at 3-4am.

This location is conveniently located and has fast service. I needed Allegra-D for my two stepdaughters who have allergies. I walked back to the pharmacy, and was out in less than five minutes. Road trip win!

They are fantastic. 24 hours of helpfulness. They've helped me several times even when I was out of town. Transferring prescriptions etc. They also always let you know when you might be running low on something whether you realize it or not.

Walgreens is usually were I shop, but CVS was located closer to me. I can honestly say that I had a really good experience shopping here. The guy at checkout was really nice, respectful and even made me chuckle a bit. Yes, CVS is a bit more expensive, but the customer service I received was exceptional. I will shop here again!

Love this CVS!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Its open 24/7, they have a minute clinic (which they are changing to computer based instead of files so they can make it quicker), and its always clean. Their truck days are on Fridays so I know to expect some totes in the isles when I go that day.. They can't help it, have to stock new items. They have 3 registers up front that all get used as soon as the line is longer than a few people. The cashiers always remind me when I have coupons. When dealing with couponers they are patient even when they take forever.

Disgusting customer service! Waited at the minute clinic for 2 hours only to be told I wouldn't be seen today. It's sad to see this kind of poor service especially when one needs urgent health care. The nurse practitioner Dari Smith seemed unorganized and overwhelmed and cold. I'll be complaining to corporate cvs about my the disgusting customer service i received.

Terrible customer service after the sale. One of my items did not make it into my bag but I didn't realize it until I got home. After calling CVS 5 times (and reaching pharmacy no matter which prompt I chose) I reached someone, who transferred me to someone else, who transferred me to the cashier that checked me out. After the 7th time I've had to explain that I was missing a blue bottle of CVS styling gel, she was very aloof saying "I don't know what to tell you because it's not behind the counter and I can't just take your word for it. Call tomorrow morning and ask for the manager". Really?!? Great customer service (insert name here).... NOT! I understand you are the cashier and may not have authority to assist, but that kind of attitude is hardly considered acceptable customer service! I asked for the manager's name and got it. I will call and speak with her. Oh, and upon review of my receipt, I wasn't given the 50% off discount on a different set of items I purchased. Not cool CVS, not cool.
