I ABSOLUTELY ADORED my first visit with Alexis at RBA salon . I had been looking for a hairstylist in Gainesville . And she is the TRUTH . I booked after hours because my work schedule didn’t permit the day time times and even though I was the last client of the day I felt from the moment I walked in I was met with care . no ohhs or ouches while she detangled and washed my thicke thicke hair . I was on the phone and she was just fast and efficient. She was so pleasant and thorough and takes her time , I’m tender headed and could have fell asleep with her doing my braids but we were yapping so much I looked up and I was done . MONEY WELL SPENT AND SHES WORTH EVERY PENNY .Don’t walk to book her run . Hair also is super soft and seamless I loved my install !

I would first like to say this is Symphoney Mills. And I never have to leave a review on a fake account. She sold me a wig that did not appear to be new and did not want to admit that it was an incorrect texture. I have no reason to speak bag on a business unless they didn't treat me right. She should be ashamed of the wig that she sold me and the lace appeared to be used.

Alexis is knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely professional. She's the only hair stylist I've trusted to color, cut or heat style my hair over the past 3 years. She really cares for the health of her clients' hair. I have natural 4b/c hair and even after going blonde and multiple silk presses my hair still reverts to its natural state. I really trust Alexis' judgement and I can step out of my comfort zone and try new styles when I'm in her salon. I also recently started using her vegan hair care line and I'm really enjoying it so far.

Purchased raw bundles from RBA earlier this year. im currently on my second install and this is seriously that best hair I've ever purchased! The quality, the thickness and it holds curls beautifully! 10/10 recommend! also the shipping and communication was top tier! Will definitely be shopping again!

I highly recommend Lexi as a stylist. The only thing that makes me not want to recommend her is the fact that I don't want her to get all booked up lol. She's been taking care of my hair for about 2 years now and it's healthier than ever before. I've recently transitioned into using her vegan hair products full time and I'll never go back to any other brand. If healthy hair is your goal, Lexi is your girl!

Had such an amazing experience! Lexi was so sweet and kind and the energy was inviting and positive. Originally I intended on getting a slick back natural pony tail but ended up getting a silk press and I was extremely happy with the results. My hair felt so soft and looked so beautiful afterwards. I would absolutely recommend booking with Lexi for any future appointments!

This is unfortunately one of the only decent black hairstylist in the area. I’ve been to Royal beaute at least 4 times and always had a good experience until this last time. I felt like her energy was off, I couldn’t pinpoint what it was. It was like she had an attitude with me. I noticed she did not have the same Attitude with another client. It saddens me that due to this I can’t return.
Her prices are pretty high as well. $260+ for a sew is high. The prices just don’t match the skill level. Where I’m from the stylist charge $150-$500. But anyone charging over $250 has a higher skill level (Not saying Alexis isn’t good, just know she could be better for the price). I didn’t mind paying her prices because my hair normally came out nice and she’s the only place in the area that has a decent environment. I unfortunately can’t return to a place that I’m paying that much and receive weird energy. Due to the area being so scarce I still say give her a try. I seem to be one of the few that experienced this based on other reviews.

The salon is very nice and clean. Lexi, the stylist, is very nice. She listened to what I wanted. I got a Wash n Go. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I don't think the product used were right for my hair. She used a lot of the Nairobi Wrapp-It Shine Foaming Lotion. The amount of product used was ample, but my hair just didn't stay. The definition I was looking wasn't there. Maybe I need to sit under the dryer rather than just the diffuser. The picture is my hair right out of the salon, in my car in front of the salon. I would go back to the salon and try a different style. Overall I had a good experience.

This was my first “real” sew in so I was a little leery of possibly not liking it. Well I LOVE IT! The stylist is very professional during the install and answered all of my questions prior to the install. I am 100% pleased, and I’m picky. lolServices: Shampoo & conditioning
