Purchased our new Crosstrek this week with Bob. I would never buy a car anywhere else in Gainesville. Bob takes his time for you to feel comfortable with the purchase and really wants to find you the car that best suits you. Everyone at Gainesville Subaru is fantastic and Bob feels like an extended family member. I highly recommend you go to Subaru for your next car!

I just bought my second car (both from here) and Allan is amazing! He’s super friendly and welcoming and fun to talk to! I enjoyed working with him. He was super helpful and explained a lot of things to me and made the process easier. He also helped my oma and helped her learn how to use her new car! 10/10 Allan is awesome !!!

I'm always so hesitant to get my car serviced at a dealership because of past experience. However this dealership parts and service is something else. The teamwork and communication felt like a functional family dynamic.

We had been searching for a certified pre-owned Subaru Ascent and reached out via chat and e-mail to obtain more information. From the first interactions, I was impressed with their responsive communication while also not feeling pressured into follow up conversations. We arranged a time to visit the dealer, the vehicle was prepared and waiting for our arrival.
Allan Rivas provided a thorough showing of the vehicle, and explained a ton of the features as we completed a test drive. Allan was superb throughout the entire car buying process, answered any questions we had and consistently asked if our family needed snacks or drinks while we waited on everything to be completed. Brent in Finance was also very thorough and allowed us to evaluate all options without any pressure.
We would highly recommend Allan Rivas and the Subaru of Gainesville team to anyone looking for top-notch customer service in a no-pressure sales environment.

Bought an Impreza here last year. Bob helped me. Friendly, kind man. Best experience buying a car in my memory. They give me a free car wash. Were not pushy at all during the process. Great experience when I come in to get the oil changed and I still see Bob. Great car place.
