I took my dog Bruce, that has significant anxiety to this clinic to initiate care after trying other vet clinics in the area and this was hands down the best experience I could have hoped for. Not only was everyone extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but they also take the time to get to know you and your pet to provide the best care at a great price. Not to mention, my dog was the most comfortable he’s even been at the vet, which really tells me everything I need to know. Highly recommended.

Love these folks! They really are the best! They always take the time to ensure that my animal’s experience is as stress-free as possible. Plus all the staff I’ve met there have been super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This practice is absolutely amazing. Both of our dogs are really bad when it comes to the vet, and Dr. Gruntmeir and staff have been working with us and our dogs to make the experience not so traumatizing. At previous vets, we’ve felt a sense of failure that our dogs are reactive and nervous; but here, it feels like we’re all on the same team.We cannot recommend this practice enough. From reception to technician to doctor, these are the most wonderful, pet-loving individuals, and we are so so grateful we found them!

Such a pleasant and courteous experience! Everyone was so friendly and treated my babies like they were their own pets! Tye and Emily were magnificent and Dr Hall was so sweet! I highly recommend anyone to bring their pets here!

Dr. G and the staff are amazing. They helped out my kitty and fit him in even on a busy day when my other vet could not. They made him feel at home even with his anxiety and gave him the treatment he needed. I would and have recommended him to all my loved ones with fur babies. Love this team :) Oliver will be coming here moving forward!

Everyone has always been amazing at this vet clinic. I leave feeling like family. Living in Gainesvile for close to 20 years now, I have had some unsavory interactions with other veterinary clinics. Save yourself the struggle and take your furry pet to Newberry Animal Hospital. This vet clinic surpasses all of the others by miles. I primarily go to the location by I-75. I now see that every location is a gem, and it's obvious why there are so many locations!! These amazing people ROCK!! Every veterinarian, tech, and front desk staff member is awesome! They are kind, caring and able to listen without interjection or accusations. Imagine that! All of my babies get quality care from these wonderfully talented and amazing hearts. I am actually more impressed with them than my own doctors!! Do better people-doctors! Take notes!People Doc: "Well, what did you do?" Or "I don't think there's anything we can do for you. How about another MRI?" I often leave doctors' offices waiting for contact for weeks and have to call back myself. Nothing would happen unless I aggressively PUSH for care.Vet at Newberry Animal Hospital: "I hear you, and I am worried too. We're going to do a, b, c, and d. We will call with updates every few hours. If you have any questions, please call."They also ask what care you would like prior to giving it. It's pretty close to: 1 Do minimum and keep pet comfy. 2 Do a little more to figure it out. 3 Do everything. And, they have a "Max cost of care" space. You can actually tell them how much you can pay and they do what they can with it! I really can't speak highly enough for these beautiful souls!! ❤️

Best vet I've personally been to. I had a pup who's since passed but while I had her, the staff here treated us so kindly and were very quick to get us seen when I called with yet another concerning development in my sweet girl's health. She had a lot going on and the staff and vets kept up with it. When her time came, they treated us so kindly. I still miss my girl but they made the process as painless as it can be. Forever grateful to this location of kind people ❤️

Everyone is so friendly, very welcoming, and most importantly patient. Our pups are super rescues and require lots of patience with their anxiety, and they were so well taken care of. Dr. Hall and her team offered great advice on ways to help us and our pups in the future, helped us in more ways than we would have expected, and sent us home with smiles and wagging tails, as well as a cute goodie bag. Above and beyond service and overall fantastic experience!

The Springhill location of Newberry Animal is absolutely exceptional! The entire staff is always friendly, professional, courteous, and understanding. Collectively they shine bright and create a warm inviting environment. Martha takes hospitality to a new high with her wonderfully warm smile and winning attitude. I have had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Gruntmeier and Dr. Hall and they are excellent at making you feel at ease and making sure you are understanding what is being done and why and are always willing to discuss concerns and questions you may have. My recent experiences with Dr. Hall have been over the top. She has a heart of gold and her level of compassion and care for your fur babies cannot be surpassed or mirrored. She has always gone above and beyond each visit. My eternal thanks to the entire Springhill staff!

I was fortunate to be sent to this clinic when my dogs were sick with a respiratory infection as the 39th street location had no appointments available. What a blessing this turned out to be! Springhill clinic runs smoothly & efficiently. My dogs are treated quickly & with warm attention. We’re now patients of Dr Hall & her wonderful staff. Thank you guys!

The staff at the Springhill location are absolutely the best! I had my pet Shadow fixed and he was done so quickly and comfortably he was back to himself the same day! I have brought all of my pets to them and they are always professional, courteous, and understanding. Even so far as to accommodate last minute visits. The doctors are excellent at making sure you understand what is being done and why, and are always willing to discuss any concerns and questions you have. Perpetual 5 stars and eternal thanks to Springhill staff!

My experience at NAH Springhill was wonderful. Martha at reception is always so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Gruntmeir and Allison were so patient and took the time needed to accommodate my anxious dog and reinforce their no fear policy. I can tell they truly care about the health and well being of my dog. It was a low stress experience for my dog and myself. I would recommend this office to everyone!

The Springhill location of Newberry Animal Hospital was an exceptional experience start to finish. Easy to find, lots of parking, clean and well maintained office. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. We’re new patients, and we got an appointment quickly when I called to have my cat seen. Tia welcomed my cat and I when she came in the exam room to take information. Willow, my cat, was very comfortable with Tia’s calm, friendly, professional demeanor. Dr. Hall came in to examine Willow and discuss treatment. Dr. Hall was amazing with Willow, in that she was able to examine and handle Willow with no resistance from Willow whatsoever. Dr. Hall was also very calm, friendly, professional, and I felt very comfortable and confident with her treating Willow. Dr. Hall listened to my concerns and answered my questions; I felt that she was genuinely concerned about Willow and never felt rushed. We have made Springhill our location for future veterinary visits. Highly recommend this staff and office!

Dr Hall and all of the staff was tremendously awesome with my deceased nieces dog with an experience that she had some issues going on and she was such a great doctor and so was the tech and the staff at Newberry spring Hill animal hospital I can't thank you guys enough
