I was in walmart last night I was amazed how unkempt this store is. Meat department was almost empty. The whole store was in terrible condition. Dirty and unstocked.

Walmart has declined over the years. I can find something similar to what I'm getting it I can get what I go for. The check out lines are longer than ever. This self check out is really ridiculous.you would think less overhead that the prices would come down but the prices are closer to mall prices

This Walmart does not enforce it's handicapped parking regular plates take up handicapped places all of the time leaving no place for people with actual handicapped plates.

Worst experience in a Walmart ever! Couldn't find any of the household items I needed and had a horrific experience checking out with a cashier that could not speak my only language...English, in Gainesville FL!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had an unexpected schedule conflict with my grocery pick up order. When calling to see if I could reschedule my order, the line dedicated to online orders just kept ringing with no answer. I tried that line about 3-4x before getting in touch with customer service. Their customer service reps were absolutely terrible! Tried transferring me again to the same un-answered line after I asked them not to, answered the phone unprofessionally, put me on long holds with no warning. Then, when I was able to speak with who I assume was a manager, she was so rude and dismissive. She kept asking me if I got notified if my order was ready despite me explaining my situation a couple times. Almost like she was half listening to me. And then she ultimately told me there was nothing they could do, even when I expressed I may not be able to pick up my order. No resolutions explored, no empathy. Simply the attitude that I was bothering her for asking her to do her job. I’ve worked in customer service roles for years, and have never experienced anything like this... I will not be returning to this Walmart anymore.

As usual everything was were I remembered but, NO ONE to help me. There was someone who looked like they were coming to help but, they zigzagged in a different way. Then I checked myself out since the self checkout register was empty. Customer service has gotten worse since they got those self checkout registers.
