They came by at 12:30 finished around 2:10. Was raining so I understand they rushed the service, and I brought up what was lacking. For reference, I got the standard package. They did not wipe down my windshield, feet area, nor seats. They offered to come by and wipe it today, but they did not message me. Also, they were very passive aggressive and unprofessional when I brought these issues to their attention. Would not recommend.

Bryan and his colleague did an amazing job! I have so many positives: totally fair price for the quality of work, great communication, and even were willing to detail my moms car without prior planning. Plus, it’s extremely helpful to have the service come to you when you’re busy with work and home life. My car was a total mess between dog hair, kid crumbs, and probably two years without a professional cleaning but now I feel like I have a brand new car! Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back.

I made the appt. that morning and was able to get my car detailed that day. My car had not been detailed in a long time so it was definitely in need of a great cleaning. By time Bryan was done it looked brand new on the outside and inside. Bryan was completely honest from the very start & I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience since it was my first time using a mobile detailer. Winning Edge saved my paint job. I had some tree sap drench my car recently and in my wisdom I tried to remove it with a bristle pad scratching all the paint. In under an hour winning Edge completely removed any signs of damage and waxed the car to prevent anything further. Amazingly professional and quick!Services: Seat shampooing

Bryan came in clutch for me today!! I called around 1230p and he was able to come to me for a basic car detail by 2:30p. The process was quick and my car looks great! Bryan said "it might not be perfect" with the basic package (it had been a hot minute since I cleaned the inside of my car), which was a lie because the result was perfect! He definitely holds himself to a high standard. Would definitely recommend this company!! Thank you, Bryan!!Services: Full body wash

Had a great first wash with these guys, on the most basic service package.Second time I used them today, and clearly the reviews have gone to their head. Today’s more expensive package was the same amount of time than the significantly cheaper first time. Car was shiny, but they put a bunch of swirl marks in the paint, either from not foaming the car prior or not rinsing the mitt enough. Both guys who worked on my car were friendly and polite though.My mother got me washes for the year as a Christmas gift to me, and she decided to reach out when I told her about this. He accused me of having taken the car through an automated car wash (never have), and then said chemical guys products did it (not even sure what this means). He saw the multiple buckets and rags, so basically he just doesn’t want to make the situation right.As I said before, my first cheaper wash was perfect, nothing that happened today screamed $100 extra value (I actually have to pay a professional to buff the car now, great package feature). If you have a nicer car and care about the small things I wouldn’t recommend them anymore. Complete 180 from my first experience with this business.Edit: response is in line with what my mom experienced earlier today. If you’re going to use Mobile Edge, have before photos.

I replied with "?", and received this message the following morning:"No need to send the question mark you wrote a bad review on our page for something you did"The passive aggressiveness here just kind of blew my mind. A car wash is 80% customer service, and winning edge is way below the line in this regard. If you're going to use Winning Edge, get before photos of the car. I am kicking myself for not having done that as proof, but the fact he went out of his way to call me a liar on his Google review response and send me this text is disappointing.

Bryan really did a wonderful job on two of my cars on short notice. One subcompact suv and a filthy (drink spilling, seat stains, oder and trash everywhere) sedan. First car was a quick easy clean up. Second car he took longer to make sure everything was clean to the DETAILS. I booked him last minute too and he was be able to accommodate for both cars swiftly. Definitely will be hitting him up again for car detailing in the future. I was absolutely pleased with the service. My cars were done in showroom Condition
