Kept calling the store. Wondering why nobody had returned. My messages. Stopped by and there was a different contact number. Suggested to the person that I spoke with. They might want to update the listing on Google, or check and return the messages from the store number provided online.

I could smell the nasty store from the parking lot before I ever went in. It was hard to find hidden behind other buildings that's so stupid. Store was somehow more disgusting than I expected from the stench. I feel so bad for every single animal on the salesfloor imagine how much worse the rat cages are... I literally almost threw up on my way out. Ew

The owner is really nice and he knows a lot about reptiles. My blue tongue skink loved their quail eggs too. I inquired about a species that I have been looking for, for upwards of 8 months, and he found one within 24 hours and answered my species-specific husbandry questions. They sell a variety of feeder insects as well. Definitely go here! I also want to note that, because this place was so clean when I went (not even a hint of urine/ammonia), I’m wondering if the negative reviews regarding husbandry were perhaps written during a time where the owner was not there and a sub-par employee filled in (just an uninformed guess because it was really, really nice when I went in). Also keep in mind when reptiles poop, sometimes it can’t be cleaned right away- if mine poop when I’m at work it doesn’t get cleaned until I come home. Anyways, I’ll definitely be back. :)

This establishment smells so strong that it is noticeable from the parking lot. Being inside the store is ten times worse. I walked around for maybe 5 minutes. The cages for most of the animals are filthy. I had really high expectations for this establishment because of the pictures and the rating but I was very disappointed. Also, I didn't incounter a employee while I was there. They should really invest in a door chime. Legit the smell was very concerning. Maybe invest in some air purifiers.

I've worked in the animal care field for about 15 years, and I felt so uncomfortable with this place that I left without the crickets I came in for. Reptile enclosures were pathetically decorated (4 sticks and absolutely nothing else for a panther chameleon?!) with no heating or UV lights that we saw, bettas were in cups with noticeably dirty water, and a kookaburra at the front was housed in a cage with nothing to stand on but a blanket at the bottom and no toys or enrichment. We also didn't see any employees despite waiting around the store for at least 5 minutes. I definitely wouldn't go back, and I'll be telling everybody I know to avoid this place.

I love this place! The staff are so friendly and care about my ball python and even ask how he is doing since he has been sick. I have been getting mice and rats for my ball python for 16 years and Worms Wiggle In is by far the cleanest and best place I have gotten food for him. There is a pet shop that sells rats closer to my house but I am happy to drive the extra time out to Worms Wiggle In to get quality food for my pet.

I love having a small business owned store to be able to buy my pet supplies from rather than only the big box stores to choose from. The staff has always been kind and very helpful and they have great prices and products. If you are looking for a cool exotic pet then you should stop by here to see what they have!

I went to this store for a few months to give it a chance, but I was so sad the last time I went in. None of the animals have the proper caging requirements or any form of enrichment. The kenyan sand boas don’t even have enough substrate to burrow in, the betta fish are in filthy containers with dead flies floating in them. The smell of the store is so awful that I can’t go back anymore. None of the reptiles have proper lighting (UVB), and the staff takes a very long time to get what you came in for. The chameleon they keep is squished in a small cage and doesn’t seem to be misted regularly because the tank is very dry every time I have gone in. I love supporting small business, but it is hard to see the conditions the animals in the store are living in, and the smell is absolutely awful.

Cute little shop; owner is passionate about animal care and is very friendly. They have a unique selection with an eye for quality. I was so impressed after having a conversation with the owner I wanted to leave them a good review because they deserve it! You HAVE to check this place out.

Spent an hour talking to the owner about mice! They are lovely people who really care about their animals. Fantastic food selection and incredibly well tempered animals!

I had been meaning to stop in to check it out after being told about it by a few people. Finally I decided to stop in because I was heading to that side of town anyway lol. The owner was not there but his son was. Even though I asked an insane amount of questions, because they had different sizes than I'm used to from my usual place, he answered all of them and never once showed an oz of annoyance lol. Great customer service. Will be back with maybe less questions next time lol.

Wonderful customer service and knowledge about caring for pets. All the pets inside were obviously loved and well cared for. 10 out of 10
