After my husband's death, Stacy has been wonderful. She shows compassion and understanding in this moving process ! If not for the convenience of being able to load the pod at our leisure I would give the experience 0 stars. I asked for a quote fro delivering a pod to my house on such and such a date, picking it up on August 31, 2023 and delivered to my new house on the same day 16 miles away. The quote I received never stipulated any extra charges for pickup, delivery or picking up the empty. So after receiving a quote and paying for it I then get charged another $237 above what the quote was for. No happy with any of this. I could have paid a mover to load and move our household the 16 miles for not much more. Very disappointed in Pods and their billing/quote process.

Very well taken care of storage facility, very clean air-conditioned unit, easy access! Stacey was extremely pleasant \\u0026 welcoming which was a wonderful PLUS factor for this MOVE IT Storage facility. Past experiences with other named storage facilities do not even compare to the MOVE IT company! Great price for my unit ... no one should be disappointed!!! Kudos to Stacey Orange ???

Tiger Point Move It storage was easiest, fastest, and best price in the area. Extra Space Storage doubled my cost after 3mo, while offering the same unit cheaper than what I was paying. Not cool. Stacy at move it storage had your back!!

So I met stacy 3 years ago when I was new in the area looking for a storage unit in tiger point. She is an amazing person and very helpful and not afraid to cut a lock out for you ! She is most helpful and a delight to chat with. thank you for your help stacy. I'm moving on and I hope ,if I need another storage with MoveIt. ,someone like you!

In general, experience was rather simple and pleasant. Despite the significant rate increase throughout the 2.5 years we had our unit, all other aspects of our lease were good. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Cindy was great at our departure and we would consider using this facility and company for storage again, if needed.

So far, we still have a few days left, but our week rental, we’ve been totally pleased and impressed by this facility. They have been top notch in every aspect that’s far. Would strongly recommend. Great communications with us. Couldn’t be more impressed.

The lovely two ladies I encountered were outstanding! They helped me get the size I needed and made it an extremely easy process for me! I even tried to book a storage online and ended up getting charged twice and they fixed it as soon as possible. Glad I went with this company!
