Typically like to support small businesses. However, almost 2 months into the estimated 2 week repair I ended up picking up my car and taking it somewhere else. They hadn't even touched it at that point. It was covered in spider webs.
I would have been fine if I received a close to accurate estimate of the time, semi-regular updates, or just if they just returned my phone calls. Mike is really nice and easy to talk to, but not knowing how long you will be without a car is not easy. If it's going to take two months, just say it's going to take 2 months.

Left our van to get fixed. They said it would take a while as they were backed up. 3 months later, with zero communication unless we reached out, and nothing was done to the van. Absolutely nothing. I'll admit we were stupid for even leaving it that long. A phone call to say they wouldn't be able to get to it and suggest taking it elsewhere would have been nice 2 months ago. All we got in the end when we went to retrieve the vehicle was excuses. Such a disappointment.

Transmission went out on the way to FL for vacation found the shop decided to leave it,took 4 months to get the truck back wasn't to worried about that $2,750 for a rebuild on my 02 silverado, pi ked truck up drove home shifted weird the next day,called mike told him and he said thats normal just put it in drive instead of overdrive less then 5k miles later went out again overdrive is gone, I'm 3 hours from there,they won't answer the phone or respond to my messages I'd be fine with it if he honored his work and would pay to have it fixed or just respond

Great guys, I had made a repair myself and was still having issues and took my truck up when I couldn't figure out the issue. Turned out it was crossed wires and Mike charged me next to nothing instead of breaking my bank like most shops would. 10/10 will definitely go back for any other issues I cannot solve myself
