I made a mistake at the Costco gas pump on my last visit. A very kind gentleman approached me and respectfully inform me what I should do when going through the line for gas. I was very much impressed and I immediately apologize for my error. Thank you Costco for the employee who assisted me. Manners goes along way when politely used!

Worst customer service you can ever get specially on the front desk a short hispanic lady name Jennifer , it took me almost 45 minutes in the line at the end she couldn't solve me problem said i have to go to next lady name betty which is the best
