I have been using this business for my dog, Queen for about 4 years and I have no complaints whatsoever, they have amazing customer service and hard working staff. i really recommend their services!

Their customer service after this last session was a real letdown. I've been using their services for three years and never had a complaint before. This time, I booked an appointment as usual for my cat - no hair cut needed because she wasn't shedding much. When they told me after the grooming had been completed that it was the regular price, I was puzzled because I didn't receive the full service. They kept insisting that the groomers had years of experience and that the service included hair trim. I kept telling the person my cat did not receive a hair trim and for that I should not be charged full price. When sharing my frustration with them, the person on the other end said "Sorry, I can not make you do the right thing"... The right thing is to charge a different price if the full service was not completed, I do not pay for a service I did not receive even for myself at my salon. Very disappointing will have to find another place to groom my cat.

Leo is amazing. He has been grooming our 3.4lbs maltipoo since she was a puppy. (6 years now) what is unacceptable is the owner’s attitude to long term clients. We started out paying $45 per service and recommended them to three of our friends who all have different breeds. Now they have increased our price to $65 saying it is because of our dog’s breed while they continue charging our friends the $45 price. This is not about the price. This is about the inconsistency and attitude she has via text, along with lack of explanation. She acts as if she is doing us a favor when she is providing a service. The only thing that has kept us with them is how great Leo is with our dog.

Hey guys hey!!!! So, Fancy grooming is the 3rd grooming business I've tried since moving to Florida. The first place was really good, but the price was a little too expensive for the frequency I would need my baby groomed. The second place is a chain groomer and I've been hearing a lot of horror stories and was very anxious when he was there getting groomed. With Fancy grooming, I know I found a permanent spot for Nikko. They are inexpensive and the grooming was done very well. His nails were clipped and that's an impossible feat for me and most groomers. He looks so so good and I am excited to finally have a groomer to call our own. I will post his pics once I get home

Whiskey is a very nervous dog which has made the right grooming search very difficult for me. Andy handled him perfectly! Loved the whole service! Fancy grooming is my new go to grooming ? look how cute he ended up!

Just had my first amazing experience ,a gentleman but the name of leo ,groomed my Bichon Frise to perfection,doing exactly what I asked for, very pleased with this company ,definitely, will be using them from now on. Highly recommend them.very professional.
