Very bad customer service especially over the phone to get in touch with the pharmacy is almost impossible the when they finally pickup phone after holding for more than an hour they are very bad attitudes when you just want your pain medication filled

Bad attention, I am always a user
And they always tell me the same thing about the attention to the photographs, the answer is there is no paper, the printer is screwed, they don't even realize that they tell the same lie to the same person today if I didn't stay silent and let them know that in I have been told the same thing repeatedly and I think the bad service is in very bad taste.
This cannot happen in a store like this and it is because of the poor customer service they have and the fact that they do not like to work in all areas of the store, apart from being a lack of respect for us as customers, they have to get angry so that they do it. attend

I called 6 times to have my prescription filled after my surgery. They were rude on the phone, refused to to give any information on whether they could fill it, or at what other walgreens I could fill it at. Incredibly rude and unhelpful, even after the hospital called directly and had it confirmed they said they could not help me and Hung up on me. Horrible service, absolutely no care for patients at all, refusal to help and atrocious attitude. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Dude at the front was miserable. I said hello and he said nothing. It wasn't he gave me my receipt that he acknowledged my existence with a "here you go" before walking off. Otherwise, it's a normal, though older, Walgreens.

If there had been a “0” I would put it. The worst place they have served me. In all departments. My 9-year-old son had some blood tests and they started whenever they wanted and with bad form, they treated my husband badly. They have bad answers and bad education, they think they are in a market and not in a pharmacy. Not only the pharmacy part, but also the cashier part in front, a super rude lady. I do not recommend this Walgreen in Hialeah Dr.

Family member is picking medicine . The doctor sent the prescription at 12 noon now its 5:25 pm and the medication is not yet ready however she stated that the insurance was incorrect but never called to verify the insurance even though i was there last week to pick up medicine with thw same insurance card. You are working for sick people stop playing with them or close down your pharmacies we dont need trash in our city

I have spent the last two days consistently calling the pharmacy back to back. They pick up and immediately place the call on hold, then it starts ringing again, and they place it on hold again until they pick up and disconnect the call. I paid for my medication via the app and selected it to be delivered for free via courier on Sunday. Monday they call to ask if I'll be picking it up, I said its already set to be sent by courier. She said oh okay, I see. Then I check on Tuesday after my meds still weren't delivered, and it shows the order as CANCELLED. I place a new order. It says its ready for courier on Tuesday. Its now Friday, and I just got an automated call saying that its ready and will I be picking it up. So, I am calling them, but they can't be bothered to answer the phone. 15-20 calls in row, 9-12 minutes each call, and they will not answer. This is unacceptable. I would have been fired for doing this at ANY job.

At the pharmacy the delay is too long, there is only one excuse to serve in the store and to attend to the excuses that pass by the window in the car, they have to look for the medicine, sometimes ask the Doctor and you spend more than 30 minutes waiting.
In the Photography department, the machine they have to print the postcards is never working, they should solve it or put in the application that they are not receiving orders because they waste customers' time.
I think it's fair to say that the store is clean and organized and that some of the employees are very attentive and helpful.

This pharmacy has excellent employees, until you get to the part of the pharmacy, no matter what, the service is terrible, zero professionals and if at any time they decide to call by phone they have you on hold for an infinite amount of time, they pick up the phone every now and then. Telephone like they are going to assist you and immediately they put the hold on you again, in short you can be on hold the whole day and no one answers, it is the worst pharmacy in Miami
