The woman who attended us after that we payed she told us that the combo was cheaper she should’ve told us before we payed and we asked for two bacon and cheese fries but only gave us one and the bacon was burnt!!!

I hate that the customer has to be on top of the order is correct, instead of Wendy's employees do their job right. We will not go to a fast food place at least we are in a hurry for time, and missing given a simple bottle of water, will messed up the rest of the order, even when the food might be great.

With the low bar that fast food sets, this one managed to slide under it. Cold, soggy food, and a staff member who wanted to party with their friends rather than take an order. And if you want what you ordered, you had better speak Spanish.

Not the first time this happens, placed mobile order and they forgot to include spicy nuggets. In other occasions I’ve ordered nuggets and got less pieces than the ordered amount. Done with this location ?
