Came in on the weekend, today, and the notary person didn't come in so notary services weren't available. The girl at the front desk was also pretty rude, and it was clear she didn't really know how to do her job the right way. Go to another UPS cuz this one isn't it.

Awful experience here. I needed to ship important prescription medication to a friend overnight, and I was assured by associates at this location that next day delivery from Florida to Massachusetts was guaranteed. And it wasn’t cheap, $120 for a package that was about 8 ounces. Three days later, and the package has not arrived, and UPS can’t really explain where the package is and why it hasn’t arrived. I could have shipped it United States priority mail for $10, and it would have been there by now. Instead, I’m out $120, and my friend doesn’t have the medication that he desperately needs. I’ll never ship anything through UPS again. Nothing but crooks, overcharging for “guaranteed” shipping, then not delivering. I strongly advise you to use FedEx or the regular postal service. UPS is completely and entirely unreliable.

It’s walking distance from my house and I love the short lines and the guy who works at mine, 33020 Hollywood Florida, is really nice.

Hands down the best UPS store (or any delivery store) I have ever been to! Omar and his team are the kindest, most helpful people you'll ever meet. They are always genuinely polite and caring, always going above and beyond to help their customers. It doesn't matter if I'm returning Amazon returns or shipping expensive artwork...the level of service and professionalism is unmatched. There are 2 UPS locations that are closer to me than this one, but I refuse to go anywhere else but here from now on. 100% recommend them over any other UPS store in the area! :) Thank you guys!

Came on 05/09/2024 with an express shipment and I received exceptional customer service from the young man and his associate. Upon walking in I was felt recommended and despite my language barrier I was helped the best way. Very welcoming staff, I see why they have an amazing reviews compared to Dania beach. I was even offered help with taping my package. Great place for package, they make it easy for you. Thank you UPS!

Unfortunately I felt mistreated in this store for not speaking English correctly. They left my 74-year-old mother and me standing without there being another customer in the store. Another person helped us send our package.

Hands down the most professional, well-run UPS store that I have been to. Staff is very knowledgeable and is always friendly. There are actually 2 UPS stores closer to my house, but I choose the added travel time and will continue to use this one.

Wonderful, patient, friendly, and quick. They make you feel special. They pay attention. They don't mind double-checking to make sure that all information is correct.
They don't use high-pitched sales techniques to try to get more of your money.

Every time I can come in with my returns, I’m in and out. This store has the best service experience. Marc and Ivan are always providing phenomenal customer service experiences. Going in here never feels like a chore, and even when there’s a line, they make it move quick.
