Julio was the service technician that helped me to pick all 4 new tires. He was kind, patient, and explained the differences in all my options. I was able to save money by using my BJ’s rewards on my credit card and I also benefited from the tire sale that they had ongoing, buy 3 tires and get one free. It was the best sale on the market. Thank you Julio for being nice and reliable. It’s people like you that make a difference in the world that we live in.

I called a bunch of times for an appointment and nobody answered. When I got there personally there was a kid there that had no idea of anything and there wasn't even a mechanic there.
I don't even know why it's even open.

Worst service ever
I have 2 brand new tires with road hazard insurance
I have a bolt in one tire and a nail in another tire
I showed up at the tire center and 1 person answering the phones , sell propane tanks, installing tires, selling tires
The guy say come tomorrow at 1pm
Plus now I have to pay an extra $35 for each new tire for mounting and installation
Please come back
No manger on duty he must’ve quit with this foolishness
I went to Gonzalez tire shop

Terrible service. Clarifying, there was no service, only one person in the place and no willingness to guide or suggest any help.

Once again I share my experience, you really can't come to the tire department. I bought 4 tires. When the thousands for the rotation were completed I go, they say that it is only for appointments, I make the appointment, and when I arrive then the bad face, that if the employee was already tired, that these were not hours to arrive. end of story, he did the job, very reluctantly, unsurprisingly he did it poorly. The tires were broken but it only put valance on 2 and not on 4. I went back the next day to have the problem solved, and they told me again that it had to be by appointment. it was 5pm the place closes at 8pm. and there was no other car. and they gave me the appointment for the following day. I talk to the store manager. He comes, the tire technician takes care of me and... the same thing happens to me, the job looks bad. So... I pay for the tires in advance, I pay for the rotation, valance and punches. and then then you have to go and almost ask for a favor to be attended to. I can't explain how 2 technicians serviced my car and none of them could do the job well done simply because my car would be the last one of the day and they didn't want to continue working. I ended up paying elsewhere and in 20 minutes of work the problem with my car was solved. I do not recommend that you go or visit the BJs tires department.

If you are looking for economy, bjs is a good alternative... If you buy in bulk there are good offers I always use the coupons.... The beers are at a good price but the coupon is cheaper..... The fruits and eggs have good prices

Awesome place to go! The employee Kordell really helped us out with our tires, how to spot a bad tire and even recommended another cheap place that sells new tires. Truly good person that works there, and gives good car tips for free!

Join the club and downloaded the app. Been a member for years. I have a new app you can scan as you go. When you're done, you press finish and the charges you for the items in your cart. All sounds quick and easy. Until you get to the front door. Employee has to scan everything in your cart again .. so where is the time saving??? Where is the convenience??? If you don't trust me to check out, probably don't have me do it......

This BJ's has the cheapest gas in the area, so we stopped here to fill up. Both times we were here there were lines to get to the pump, so just be patient. We also stopped inside the store to get a few items. They check your BJ's ID card now so have yours ready as you walk in.This store has an optical department and several self check out registers.Large and well organized, I liked my experience at this BJ's.

This has to be the worst Bjs in the US, customer service is TRASH, trying to call to speak with someone is virtually IMPOSSIBLE. I'm trying to call to advise them about my pickup order that was absolutely incorrect, every time the phone rings at customer care the rep picks up and hangs up or lets the phone ring continuously then put the call back in the queue. Terrible customer service 0/10

Talk about rude employees. No hello, thank you, your welcome. Had my cold cuts practically thrown at me . Then when leaving the old lady who checks receipts said my wife insulted her. Starts arguing in Spanish and when I said we don't speak Spanish she told me YES you do. I don't speak Spanish but negrito sounds racist to me

I've been a long time shopper for many years and even worked at this location for a period of time. I can say what without a doubt it's one of the most poorly managed business in Homestead. No sense of communication between employer or employee, double standards, favoritism among management, etc; The general manager Shawn is running the store into the ground, constantly changing where products are and even changing the availability of some products. I needed help returning a TV at the customer service desk and Alina, who I believe is a manager was the one "helping" me. Without a doubt one of the rudest and most upsetting employees of any business let alone grocery store in my life. Completely unhelpful and impatient. DO NOT SHOP HERE
