Small town and very local. Friendly owner but his English isn't very good. I got a haircut but the place is more about nails. Located in a small shopping center with lots of parking. It's down the short arcade in the middle.

I went here to have a pedicure and shallac manicure. The man took two hours to complete the services. He cut into my cuticle on one finger and it hurt and bled. The method he used for the shallac was not what I have had done at other salons. He did only one hand at a time which took longer. And he did two coats of paint before putting my hand under the light. He kept cleaning around my fingers to get the drips off which could have been avoided if he would have put my hand under the light right away to dry on each layer. The way he filed my nails had no shape and it was not a smooth file, it was jagged. Perhaps his eyesight is going out or perhaps he was never trained right. The entire office was very dusty and unorganized as well. It did not seem cared for or sanitary.
