Phenomenal customer service. I was looking for a specific piece that I couldn’t find anywhere. I was able to describe what I wanted and they had it ordered in time. Not only that but it’s also local family owned business. The only jeweler I will go to from now on.

I took in 2 watches for repair and the young man fixed them both while I waited, and I only waited about 10 minutes. Nice to see a young man take up the Trade of watch repair!!

All of the employees here are friendly and happy to help. The store is beautiful and clean and I would highly recommend that everyone should stop by if they have the chance. Everyone was super helpful and nice the entire time.

Wow!!! I can’t rave enough about Uptown Jewelers and Phyllis! She, Toya and her staff are SOOO accommodating, patient, and have wonderful ideas, suggestions, and a vast selection of jewelry! My fiancé and I came to choose our wedding bands and her ideas came to life! Absolutely amazing! We can’t wait to see our final bands! We can’t thank you enough, you are absolutely incredible!!! We won’t go anywhere else, she has our business for life! I also want to mention, walking in, it feels like a family atmosphere, welcomed with warm greetings, and everyone is so helpful!
