Went to the store and delt with Brea she went above and beyond to make sure my phone was fixed and never complained about how long or hard it was. She kept me laughing and doing her job very well! She will forever have a customer with me! Shout out to Tesla for training her and making her so good she mentioned that's who made her so good! Great company !!! 👌

I went into this location on 12/21/24 around 1130am, the clerk in the store was on her personal phone, she went to the back of the store, never greeted us, never said a word. After about 5 mins in the store, we just left and I was perparded to purchase 2 phones. She saw us leave, walked passed us and walked down the plaza to Bonos to get lunch. She never tried to stop us either. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had to replace my broken phone. I brought my own new device for set up and Tesla and Jennifer did a great job to replace my broken down phone got a phone screen protector & case in blue.. great service thanks very much lady's.. best Christmas gift ever.
