Usually great experience and customer service, this time was an order with the app taking my $ and the store not receiving the order which caused confusion and irrational conversations between the workers trying to figure it out .

Was in the drive through line for 15 minutes. 4 cars before me. I give it a 3 only because I understand staff shortages.

Today 1/23/22 I give the crew five stars. They was very polite. Also I have big orders so usually that’s problems and stuff is always missing. Not this morning it came out in awesome timing and everything was their! Thanks y’all!
