Always had a positive experience. The pharmacy workers are overworked and I sympathize. Tough job, needs strong character. Pharmacist gave me flu shot. He was very pleasant and professional.
I could see while waiting for my shot, he filled prescriptions behind the counter, answered the phone, answered employee questions, then came out and gave me my shot, the whole time juggling these tasks. Still, he was very pleasant. Kudos all.

Poor service. Called to say prescription ready and I go to pick it up the next morning only to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour. I go back 2 hrs later wait in the drive thru lane for 10 minutes. Decided to go into the store to pick up the prescription. Waited in line for for 20 minutes only to be told that the prescription is on hold and cannot be picked up until tomorrow. Poor communication and not enough staff to wait on the volume of customers they have

The Latin cashier during the day is extremely horrible and nonhelpful at all. The pharmacy department especially one of the cashiers has a massive attitude not friendly at all. She also fills prescriptions. There are only a few staff members that are worth going there, Bonnie is one of the best ones there and also the one Latin-speaking speaking in the pharmacy department who has a great attitude

My one star rating is strictly for the cashier named Loretta. She’s extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Clearly she’s not smart enough to realize the customers pay her salary. Without customers she doesn’t have a job. If I had my choice she’d be FIRED ASAP. Smart mouth employees like her turn customers away which is bad for business. Especially when Walgreens is right across the street.

Pharmacy is seriously understaffed and the staff that is here could care less. There shouldn't be just one person running 2-3 registers at a time. Probably burnt out and extremely underpaid, because you never see the same people twice.

This is the worst CVS.. i've ever been to in jacksonville, florida. The staff and the pharmacists are so unprofessional They don't know how to talk to people. They hold people medication. They tell you they're not gonna fill your medication. They lie on you and claim it's your attituded when you ask them about your medication, so people. If you don't have to go to this CVS, please don't go.

This is the worst CVS ever..I had major surgery yesterday and I had the hardest time getting my meds. When I got there I was Told that my prescription will be ready a couple of hours later. I went home and I weighed a couple of hours later and I called the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready and the pharmacist Andrew. Had an attitude and hung up the phone in my face. So I went up too CVS to see why he hung up in my face and to see if my prescription will be ready and how long it will take. Andrew informed me that he was not going to fill my prescription. Because I did not let him explain to me what was going on now. The next day, I give a text from my dentist office, stating that the pharmacy called and told them that they did not have the milligrams of medication that they were ordering so they could not fill my prescription, so the doctor's office nicely enough to call them back and send a new order over. After the call from my dentist office, they still gave me a hard time about getting my medication. So when I finally was able to get my medication. This black pharmacist with glasses and braids came up to me with my medicine in my hand and stated that if I ever cut up again in the pharmacy that they cannot help me anymore. So I gave him the finger and walked out.

Beyond extremely long wait times for oharmacy. Staff will having you waiting via drive thru or at counter 15 plus minutes with absolutely no one else in line. Unprofessional service skills. Four cars in drive thru and it took me over an hour to get to window for service. Unbelievable.

Gross Incompetence. Refuse to fill a prescribed medication because of a error in the system, 3 days in a row. Walgreens across the street had no problem, so yeah, it is YOU.

Serious pharmacy issues. This particular person Tracy is very rude. I went ina week ago to get my prescription transferred. First encounter no smile no customer services at all. She was rude asking me what I wanted. Fast forward a week later still have the same issue. Same person approached me and said You was rude to me the last time I replied no ma’am you were and still are the rudest associate I have came into contact with. She throws her hands up and says I’m not dealing with you! Pharmacy guy steps over never offered an apology takes my information and still to this day I have not gotten my medication.I say all of that to say this. All of us are over worked and under paid. It doesn’t take a lot to be kind and give people respect. We actually keep you employed!

Customer service does NOT exist at this location. Store manager does not understand the basics of what it takes to lead her staff or understand her customers. If Zero was a score option, I don't think this location would even average a 1.They put on line orders ahead of customers who actually are shopping in the store. Maybe they need to go to an Amazon warehouse for a job that fits their skill set.

very unprofessional people in the pharmacy area,, they will shut their windows to go to lunch when there are people in line that have been waiting in line for over 20+ minutes.. i’m now sitting in the parking lot waiting for it to open back up.. i work in customer service so i know how it works and what’s professional and what’s not and these people are so unprofessional,, don’t get me started on the staff that don’t work in the pharmacy department because they are even worse they are so rude people..,

No customer service from outer cashier. I asked to unlock an item for me and since it was almost the end of her shift she had me wait till the other cashier waited on a customer and she did her thing. I didn't want to wait so I just told the other cashier to cancel and did not bought the item.
