I noticed a pair of petite jeans on sale on the app, so I went to the store to purchase. The item was not marked down at the store. I questioned the associate and showed her the mark down on the app. She told me that the mark down was the flare pants that were sold out. The item clearly said straight leg and the vpn number on the clothes tag when entered on the app. pulled up the item I had in my hand. The associate refused to give me the sale price. This seems like a bait and switch as if you order the item online you lose all the savings by paying the shipping.

Has a good selection of shoes but not a good selection for small feet. Little to no help. Ordered shoes offline and when I asked about ordering online the rep had no idea. The online was fantastic though

Lots of strange styles- very different inventory than the dillards at the avenues

Bad choice to buy anything if you don’t have the Dillards card. Bad, really bad costumer service. Buy straight to the brand online. Don’t use an intermediate as this one.

MY WIFE AND I WENT TO THIS LOCATION TO RETURN A SHIRT WHICH MY SON BOUGHT . REMEMBER ONE THING YOU WILL NOT GET MONEY BACK EVEN IF YOU PAID CASH, YOU WILL GET A STORE CARD WHICH IS ONLY BE USED IN DILLARDS ONLY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NOT THAT GOOD. WE HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING AS THEY GAVE US STORE CREDIT ONLY SO WE WERE STUCK . SHE TOOK US FROM REGISTER TO REGISTER TO BUY A SHIRT WITH THE STORE CARD. SO BEAWARE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN YOU PAID BY CASH.

Well now I know where to I'll be shopping!! If you would like know what it feels like or just be reminded of how great customer service feels head over to this Dillard's! Upon entering I am always warmly greeted, at each department the specialist are professional helpful and seem genuine. It is refreshing to shop here. My latest excursion was fruitful due to the young lady who was determined to put a smile on my face. She was successful ✨️ I definitely will be back ; D
