EXCELLENT company! They responded quickly with a quote and fair price. The work was fast and high quality and they took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The 2 guys I worked with there were so friendly and knowledgeable. They really took pride in their work and their business. I would highly recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed!!!

Wow! We all have bad days and maybe I should be a little more considerate of this guy. However, I was greeted this morning with a confrontational owner of the business that was angry because I parked in front of his bay doors. I was the first appointment of the day so it seemed reasonable to have my car ready. He angrily and loudly confronted me about blocking the parking lot, which I was not. Very unfriendly very confrontational guy. I don’t see this approach as being beneficial to his business. It is certainly poor customer service. I was going to spend nearly $1000 to have my car tinted, I don’t need to be verbally abused for a small infraction of waiting in front of his bay doors before the business opens. Who would know?
Reply to owners response: Totally false that the owner was polite. I was not asked to move my vehicle. He launched in with “Why in the world would you park here!” Not politely. Never asks me to reposition my car. He just launched into a childish fit.

These guys are the best! They get your car in quickly and it are so nice. When it was done it looked amazing. It was super affordable and they are honest which is hard to find. Highly recommend this place! Well done

Love this place this is my second time using Firehouse I called with a last-minute request and I was told to come in the owner got me in and out on my back window tint.

Ryan was awesome, getting me in quickly for a tint on my new Tundra. The entire experience was quick, no hassle and the results are great. Opted to do the ceramic product and very glad I did. I work construction and my truck is my office most days. The ceramic tint keeps the heat out and protects me from sun damage. Highly recommend this shop and will be bringing all future vehicles here. Did a great job on all my cars. Would recommend.Edit 2 years later: Bubbles on back window tint.Edit: Year after previous edit: Burglary, had 4 windows broken. They retinted said they could retint the back if I brought in the receipt because of the bubbles. Will bring it back at some point.
