We bought our home in a Jacksonville in 2018 and we did it all VIRTUALLY. As a military family, sometimes our timelines make it hard to be in certain places but Mitchell , Molly and the Hover Girls team made buying a home such an easy process. They did a great job in helping us pick this home without even stepping foot inside and it was such a great choice! It was a wonderful home and now it's been a great rental property. Communication is amazing and we would always recommend them to anyone to buy a home. Thanks!

These wonderful Ladies sold my house in November of 2024. They are great at what they do. I had my house on the market for 8 months with another realtor. It took hover girls 1 month to get a contract. I was deployed overseas and I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a seller. Thank you Joy and Laura!!!

The staff at Hover Girl Properties was excellent. We had to move to Jacksonville for a Double Lung Transplant at the Mayo Clinic. We were here the whole month of November for testing. We traveled back home on Dec. 6, on our way home to Mississippi, Mayo called and asked us to move back to Jacksonville. Prior to leaving we found a house but were not planning on coming back until January. As soon as we got home we contacted Hover Girl and we were able to expedite us renting the property. We did everything virtually, the staff did the walk thru and took pictures. It was a smooth and pleasurable transition into our home away from home. We recommend this company, they also specialise in assisting military personnel and Veteran’s. Most of the staff are veteran’s themselves.

We were so nervous buying a house from across the country but Joy and Molly made it so easy. Molly answered all our questions quickly even when forgot about the time difference and it was late in FL. Both are very knowledgeable!!! The whole team from finding the house, inspections, deposits, mortgage company and closing; were helpful, informative and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They covered all the little things and even went above and beyond after closing! This team knows the stressors of being military and actually cared, even still after closing. Thank you all!!

Friends of ours referred us to Hover and from there Glenn and Joy got us set up with Molly right away. The knowledge of the market/area, clear explanations, professionalism, and kindness was exceptional. Molly was dedicated to getting us exactly what we wanted and needed. I had a wonderful experience as a first time homebuyer working with Molly Evans from Hover Girls. We started the process while I was still living overseas and she supported me with a lot of virtual resources/showings. Molly truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process. She made sure I understood every step which gave me such confidence as I sat at the closing table!

I have used Hover Girl for the purchase of 2 homes over the last few years. Buying a home is a stressful endeavor, but Hover Girl does all the big and small things to take the stress right out of it. I have the misfortune of living near one of their rental properties. While they were preparing the property to rent their maintenance people routinely sped through the neighborhood and tailgated residents (watch out for the chevy with University South Carolina stickers).
Since their tenant has moved in, they routinely leave their yard waste and other garbage in my yard and other neighbors yard.If you see one of their rental signs in your neighborhood, you're likely about to have some terrible neighbors.

Given the opportunity, we would use Hover Girl Properties again and again. Their attention to detail and communication is at the highest level. They make buying/selling a home as smooth as possible. First time buyer here and I am SO grateful I found Hover Girl Properties!! Buying a home can seem deceivingly “easy” from the outside and it couldn’t be further from that. You need someone to advocate for you the ENTIRE process. I worked with Molly who went above and beyond, usually beating me to the punch of my own questions making sure I understood every part of each process (and there’s a TON of things happening at once to think about) and she facilitated getting me every answer and loop hole closed. Molly has so much experience which is very important when you’re looking to differentiate things that “are very normal” vs things that “are not typical” both in the market and in the process!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I would stay far far away from buying or renting a home from them. When I say worst company I mean in general, not rental/home company. We rented a home from them in January, ended up finding a home to purchase in May and decided to break our lease. As soon as we let them know that is when all of the issues started to occur. Elena Griggs was who helped us through the rental process, never responded to emails or texts. Then when she would respond she would normally say she was busy with her kids.... They gave us a hard time about breaking the lease, try to make us feel guilty for wanting to buy a home. Every time we did get in contact with them they would give us a different answer to the same question. The fridge was working when we moved out, they contacted us after we had already moved and said it was not working and asked me to come over and try to fix it??? We had a pro- rated rent amount due for the month of june, the OWNER OF HOVER GIRLS PROPERTIES text my wife threating to use a lawyer and threatened us that we would have to pay the hourly rate of the lawyer if we did not pay the rent. (which we did pay) called the owner directly and was so rude, asked me how old I was and that I was acting like a child. Im telling you stay away, most of these 5 star reviews are not form actual people they have done business with.
