I had a mishap while visiting the area this holiday system. I was able to have repairs done to my vehicle quickly for a fair price. I would certainly recommend this shop.

What a great experience. Quick Fix has an inviting atmosphere. Customer Service, followup, & follow through is top tier. Anytime I had a question that needed an answer, whether it be through email or by phone I received a response usually the same day and always within 24 hours. The team handled my claim & fix in timely manner. I highly recommend Quick Fix Collison.

My experience wasn’t great, and I believe it was due to poor communication. I dropped my car off on Monday and was told it would be ready by Wednesday. However, when I called on Wednesday to check, I was told they were behind. I called again on Thursday, and still, no car. On Friday, the receptionist assured me the car would be ready by 6 PM and promised to call me. Unfortunately, I never received that call, and I had to rent a car for the weekend.
When I finally went to pick up my car, I noticed paint drips on the vehicle. I was told they usually clean the car thoroughly before returning it to the customer, but in this case, that wasn’t done. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to clean it.
That said, the owner was very understanding, apologetic, and reasonable. The price for the service was great, and he personally ensured the car was cleaned up before I left. While the owner made an effort to make things right, the overall experience left me frustrated due to the delays and lack of communication

Quick Fix painted our VW Eurovan and we are so happy with the finished product. They did a great job on the van, communicated through the entire process, came in on budget per the original estimate and Frank and his staff are all super nice people to work with! We highly recommend them!!
