I am very pleased with Lincoln Financial. My job, Primo Brands, sent me there for my FLMA case. I had to take a 30 day leave due to my father crossing over. My case (17693***) was handled very swiftly, professionally, and easily. If I ever have to go through a trauma filled event again, I personally would feel good with Lincoln Financial taking my case again. What I needed them for was to get clarity on my rights, what to expect, a timely check, ease of random questions answered and all around pleasantness. Check, check, check, check, and check. Thank you for being there for me in my most trying time.

Don’t expect to get anyone from the states on the phone, and don’t expect anyone to actually help with your older loved ones plans. They hang up on you and when dealing with difficult times trying to figure out loved ones money, they couldn’t care less. Doesn’t surprise me the average rating is a 1.
I can’t wait to get my grandmothers income out of there and into an investment group that actually cares. Definitely don’t recommend at all.

Worst company ever to deal with short term disability. If you get Lisa Siphon as your case person...you'll need to talk to a supervisor to get things approved and get your disability payment. They need to fire that woman.

I have called this company tech team 4 time and no one I mean NO ONE knows what they are doing I don’t know why my employer choose this company but whatever. During my 4 calls I was told multiple time my issue would be escalated and someone would get back with me within seven days no one ever got back with me, so I am unable to access the portal because this company refused to remove an old employer information so that I can have access to my current employers info. I am unable to follow my claim or see any updates because this company doesn’t know what they’re doing or refuse to help me. The worst experience ever.

Customer support line doesnt know understand the basics of vested or unvested account balance. Unhelpful and only follows a script given to them. Just another investment firm that wont let you do what you need with your money.

I had some questions and i sent and email about my benefits. Instead on letting me the correct place to contact or redirect. They blocked my email right away.

They never call back and takes months to get your money. I will never recommend this company. Thanks to this company taken so long, I lost my car.
