Don't visit this location, they are thieves. I went in to purchase two phones. The associate told me the machine was down, and that I needed cash. I ran to the dollar store and paid multiple fees to take cash out. The associate promised me free phone cases for the inconvenience. But when I asked for a receipt for my transaction he became irate. I demanded a receipt because I gave him cash. He said I would receive a text which was my receipt, I never got it. I went to another store who told me I was sold 2023 phones which malfunction so badly. I was tricked for cash, and sold bad phones. I never even got a receipt. I can't even fight it without it.

Deplorable customer service, rude and uninformed

Awful customer service. They flat out refused to honor upgrade for broken phone provided by MetroPCS corporate. They told me I had to do it online which corporate says is outright false. Said since they are a franchise they don't have to honor the upgrade price. The employee wouldn't look up my account to see the notes or talk to corporate. I would rather eat dirt than give this store or it's owner a penny of my money. Stay away.

I am a week late in writing this review, but I must highly praise your teammate, Dora!! She is a Rock Star!! Not only did she help me transfer to a new phone but while we were on hold with corporate, she multitasked with 2 other customers AND was training Taz!! She was amazing to work with and every business should have a lot of "Doras" working for them!! She was cheerful, fun, informative and competent!! She should be in charge of ALL training! I have had some negative experiences with customer service at this store before, but she erased all those times in one, very fun, visit!! Thanks Dora!!

Candice is a wonderful, very helpful young lady. She took her time with me to show me how to use certain features on my phone. She is very professional and answered all my questions. I will recommend this Metro location to all my friends.

I have bought 2 phone from here and every time they don't have phone cases you have to walk our that store with a over 200 dollar phone. That's not good business.
