Emerson location is the Worst Metro store EVER! I have had to go up there 4 times for same issue and had to solicit help from customer service each time! I will never get all the time effort and energy that is been wasted dealing with inexperienced rude associates. Such a feeling of helplessness

Depends on which store you are asking about. The one on Emerson Street was very rude and to me didn't know anything about what I was asking about. Now the one on Phillips Highway total different group people. Very nice and helpful.

Definitely had the worst experience ever here. Lying, discriminatory associate. She has been reported to T-mobile for her actions today. Also don’t assume because someone has dark skin that they don’t understand the Spanish language, so your comments about your customers instore were definitely heard, understood and translated for T-mobile corporate.
