Me and my boyfriend was in the area Thursday decided to stop by to get him a new phone and guy who works there was sitting in his car parked in front of the building and he see us coming up and says I'm on my break it will be around 1 o'clock before I return but the doors was unlocked and a guy standing there ask him for service and he gets out his car and go inside and service him and the worker is very unprofessional he was smoking marijuana in front of the store the smell was so loud. We will never return.

I can say that I have had the worst impression of my life in this business: I tell you, I visited the place on Sunday around 11:25 am, the objective was to buy 4 phone cases of different models, my wife and two nephews were with me, there were several people in the store and with the aim of making the wait positive, I told my wife to ask the shopkeeper if there was a phone cover, with the shopkeeper apart from the person who is providing services there is a somewhat older man Conversing very pleasantly with the shopkeeper, the said man, upon realizing that my wife is Cuban, said on the spot (there is nothing here for Cubans). At the moment I think he is joking, but upon seeing his repetitive gestures saying that there was nothing for Cubans and his way of expression, I decided to stay alone and listen. The shopkeeper then only responded, I don't have, I don't have, I don't have, almost without letting him finish saying the cover models he needed. I consider that the objective of a business and merchant is to provide a service, and not to discriminate against various clients based on their nationality, skin color and appearance, only in the end and to avoid unpleasantness and major problems, I told the shopkeeper, thank you very much I have saved my time and money, the older man again nothing for the Cubans of us Puerto Ricans, tremendous experience of cultures almost the same, this was my bad experience, thank you for the contempt, we were just customers waiting only to receive a service gentle .

I was having a issue with my phone and arrived at this store approximately 15 minutes from closing and was told that they were closed. Why? I was ready to purchase a new phone, but still was rejected and told to go to another store. Once again why?
