Staff is very ignorant. Off the bat he said if I had at least $120 to spend he could help. When I was there only to trade in a phone I have insurance on. Told me he couldn't do it when customer service told me that I could go into ANY Metro store and trade my phone in. I just wanted the SAME phone. Nothing new or anything! This location sucks!!!

Called first.
Verified the phone is in stock.
Drove 20 miles.
The owner asked me 3x which metro location I came from and where I bought the tablet.
Refused to sell me the phone, because of the plan I am on now, which has been for 20 plus years.
He claims he owns the store for 20 plus years.
Accused me of other things - from me saying i called metro prior and will in the future.
He asked what they said and it is none of his business.
I did tell him they recommended the samsung a35 not a15 which is why I am here.
I told him I just did not need an explanation of whatever they call this new plan, because I already heard it from the metro store I just spent an hour at.
He suggests his video shows ....yes it shows his accusations and questioning and denial of services for no reason other than I am currently paying 90$ a month plus 20$ for a tablet I just added.
Normandy excellent!

If there was just ONE place, even if it was mobile, that served food & ice cream, not only would it be a sell out but man o'man that's the way we used to do it down on American Beach back in the 50's & 60's! However. I do recommend you keep the cooking off the beach & have lots of trash cans available, which Hannah Park does not have enough of!

Purchased a phone and it was the most horrible exp then I spoke to a representative/franchise owner and now my phone is glitching and not not doing what I want ....At this point I have to received my $40 back and I think i just want my money back you can have this phone back

Purchased crabs from R&R Crab shack on Pearl Street those were the best crabs I have had in a long time I purchased the medium sized crabs they were full of meat very tasty and sweet and delicious would not that hesitate to buy more.

Do not make business in this place, they will try to rip you off with overpriced products stating due to taxes, a s21 which is price 199.99 they were saying that 384 was the total with taxes. Florida taxes are not on 90%, after i confronted him for that he said do not come back. Really bad customer service.
