Bad attention from the clerks, they scammed my husband and me, we went to buy two phones and the clerks who were women took advantage of the fact that we didn't know English and they put more on our account than what we bought, I'm waiting to finish pay to change servers, because we don't go back to that store again, we asked for a receipt and they didn't give it to us. Don't go to that store if you don't want to be scammed.

Don't go to that store, the shop assistants scammed my wife and me, we went to buy two phones and we got scammed out of there, they took advantage of the fact that we don't know English, we have to pay more than the bill for what they did, they put more than what they expected. We bought it, then we asked for the receipt and they didn't give it.

Terrible experience This store scammed me. They sold me home internet devices despite the area I live in having no signal. Even though the T-Mobile manager left a note for the store to take the device back, the rude lady told me they don't care about T-Mobile and that they can't be told what to do. I paid for a device that has no signal, and I'm confused about how they can disregard the company whose name they carry. Are there any regulations governing this?

I will never go to this store again and suggest you don't either. I had been using it for at least the past 8 years. The woman in the store was nice. I went to upgrade my phone. However, she ripped me off. Changed my plan and added insurance without my consent.She never even asked me. I just paid my bill on 02-1-24. And she charged me $75.00 for what?? The rep today says it was for my new plan.The $50.00 I paid went out the window. I wasn't given a receipt either.When I asked her for one, she did not give it to me..stating they would send me one e-mail or text. Never received it. Check my bank account and 2 separate charges. One for $167.00 to a company I had never heard of and $75.00 to Metro. No special price for the phone itself, and they changed my number, and then they changed it back .I specifically said NO I don't want to change my number. Today, I have filed a complaint to the corporate office. Again, very shady in there. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Response to owner. I will never do business Iin your store ever.You were ZERO help. Reporting you to the BBB so good luck.

The Metro on Merrill has to be the worst store ever. They are the biggest LIARS I have ever seen. They have free phone signs on every phone in the store. Burt there is NOT one free phone in the store.They also add everything they can to jack your bill up without asking if you wanted the service. I asked for a receipt, but they said they were out of paper two days in a row. I spent over $500 and their web site said I only spent $155. They are nothing more than rip-off artist.

Wilfred goes above and beyond to help you with whatever needs or questions you may have. He is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this store to everyone. His customer service skills are such that you do not this day and age On a scale from 1-10 he gets a 15. THE BEST!!!!!
