I went to Metro and had a pleasant experience, now Romina (The Worker) Even though English was her second language, I had absolutely no problems as your exceptional service triumphed over any barrier there was, thank you so much for setting me up with this! phone! Again, I thank you very much!

I have 2 phones with Metro, I have been with the almost 20 years. I have been completely frustrated with the service I get at some of the locations in Jacksonville. I do not personally have a phone with them , 3 of my teenage boys do. The account is in my name and I have a 8 digit pin that should allow me access into" My account " yet every time I try to get anything done with billing at one of these locations. They tell me that They can not access my account with our sending a text (pin) to one of the phones on the account. This is absolutely ridiculous! I can't always have one of my kids with me when I need to make changes. What is the reason for having the 8 digit code. I tried to do it over the phone and I have the same issue so they tell me I can do it if I go in person then , I'm told I can't when I'm there either. Not to mention, the customer service at every one of these little stores is unacceptable. It's as if they don't want to even work or try to.
Today I was in the location off of San Jose in Mandarin. As usual they are in the back of the store some where and when They come out the young lady roles her eyes and treats me as If I'm interrupting something much more important. She can't access my account with any of my information. And refuses to help!

They were very understanding and helpful with my issue, got my phone back up and running first thing in the morning so I could have it for my job. The best experience I’ve had at any wireless provider, and that’s why I stay with Metro

So this location says it opens at 9. I showed and waited 20 minutes and they still were closed. They should change their store hours. So if your looking for help at their apparent opening hours,best to call ahead so you dont waste your time.

I was helped today by Alondra and Precious. They were so wonderful!!! Alondra took a whole wall full of screen protectors down looking for one that would fit my phone. They went above and beyond. The experience was super fast also. I highly recommend this location...I would give more than 4 stars if I could ✨️

Had the best experience with Metro and I've had the service for 10 years! Not only was Nashca friendly and helpful but she showed me why I was paying too much and now all 3 of my lines are $60 lines and I am paying 50$ less. All because she cared and was helpful! Give this girl some kudos!

I went to this location because it was very convenient for me right around the corner. I went in for a upgrade for my phone. I wasn't familiar with the entire process but the sale representative whose name is Abdullah helped me out so much. He was very patience with me. He explained everything to me that I didn't know, nor understood far as the space in phones. He was very professional, kind, and courteous to me. Which is very hard to fine. What I really loved ?was that Abdullah acknowledged me from the moment I walked i the door. I give Mr 5 ?s I walked in with a Samsung J2, and walked out with a Galaxy A32 5G. Now that's what you call an upgrade .Thank you Abdullah God Bless
