Have taken my truck in 4 times and every single time it comes out perfect. My car has been in once and same thing, perfect. I feel like one of the family now. The people who own and operate this shop are outstanding people who have pride in their work and have ethical values and standards that we all should strive to achieve. Only company whom I have ever rated 5 stars. Simply the best shop in north Florida by far.

I worked with Kiara for a week now. She’s been awesome! The first appt was smooth and quick she gave a timeline and followed that timeline. She was very accommodating with my schedule. She texted me with updates and answered any questions I had. She really made me feel at ease during this stressful time. For all your body work needs chose midway!

I have been to Midway once before, they did a great job fixing my car. Went back a second time. What a flip-flop difference. I live in the Windy Hill neighborhood and supported the small business and a neborhood business. BUT NEVER AGAIN! I got my car back and found my back windshield wiper did not work. The side detection device was not fixed with the car when I asked specifically if it was fixed. I'm disappointed for sure.
UPDATE: DEC.6, 2024
I took my car back to Midway Paint and Body to have them take care of the items that were not completed. Midway got with my insurance company, got me into a rental, and did the repairs. I am very satisfied, they did an excellent job! Thank you, Midway Paint & Body.

Excellent business! The staff was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I needed some work on my front bumper to be reattached. They did an excellent job and my car was ready within a few hours. The pricing was very fair and affordable. Certainly faster and cheaper than the big dealerships. If you need work done on your car stop by for an estimate! I was very pleased with the whole process.

I'm absolutely another satisfied customer. Actually, satisfied probably doesn't even do it justice. They absolutely took care of my car and you can't even tell there was ever any damage to it at all. I am so happy with my experience at Midway! Everyone was very kind when I came to inquire about an estimate to repaint my car hood. They told me I could pick up my car by the end of the week, and the job was completed right on time. My car looks brand new, I was in awe when I came to pick it up. I will be telling my friends and family to come to Midway! ??
