I was very impressed when Austin Leek greeted me when I first entered this store. I did not walk to him he instead walked to me and my family with a wonderful welcoming smile. He patiently listened to me in exactly what I wanted in my new cell phone as well as the questions I had regarding service plans. He then walked with me to look at cell phones in the store. Based on what I had told him he helped me in selecting my new phone as well as the best plan for my needs. Austin's customer service skills are excellent and he is very knowledgeable and was very caring to me and my family. I have told about my wonderful experience with Austin and the cleanliness of this store to my family and friends. I highly recommend this Metro by T-Mobile store. Thank you Austin!
