I have been going to moonlight glass for all of my auto glass needs for years now. I have been here to fix and/or replace glass in my personal cars, company vehicles, & even rental cars. Fixed my windshield very fast and worked with me with the price customer service was great it was extremely hot inside being that they didn’t have ac in there at the moment but other than that everything was good… Thanks I am very satisfied with my new windshield and they cleaned up all the broken glass

Minus 5 stars. They did not mount the windshield correctly to my Dodge Ram 2025, in Jan 2025. Suddenly, the rain started pouring by the windshield the other day. First they asked for the receipt to fix it. Then, I found the receipt, I went back ad they said the receipt is not enough, they invented other reasons not to fix their own mistake. They do not take responsibility for their work, refusing to fix the windshield they put on my car, even if they verbally gave me warranty before and after the procedure. So, they would say anything to trap customers!
PS: How come you've 'noticed' just now that the roofing is 'caving' in? Why haven't you mentioned that in day one? If that was the case, the water would have penetrated from the beginning. The roof was fixed by professionals. In your case, all I see is the bad work you have completed, since it is pouring inside the car after 6 months.

From the first phone call, I was impressed with Kate and Moonlight Glass! I called a lot of shops to get quotes. It wasn’t just the very low price that was the ultimate decision maker. Kate was so nice, helpful, and patient with all my questions! (I can’t say that for most of the other shops I called.) I made the appointment for the next day, as that was their first availability, but Kate called me shortly after to say they could come same day! The installation took less than an hour and the technicians were very polite! I could go on and on because I’m just so happy! Thank you Kate and technicians!
