Opens at 10am allegedly, drove 11 miles for something specific. Here it is 10:30am nobody's inside. This is great, love when there's a posted time yet people still aren't there. Nowhere does it say online that it isn't 10am week days. Won't be returning after they open will take my business elsewhere. Is to late to just drive back home, and figure out someone else who has it. Waste of gas!

Bad experience. Bought cigar humidifier pack and it doesn't work. Owner refuses to refund my money. Even blaming me. He said he DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS! Was going to buy cigars and maybe hooka but I will shop anywhere else but here.

I've been coming to this facility for about 12 to 13 years and I still have to come here every time I go to a different head shop looking for something they never have it but this place does

Absolutely awful! The owner is some Arab who doesn't know how to talk to customers. He just rushes you to buy something and then leaves. Uses the N word in the store to customers. All of merchandise in their is fake asf from the puffs to bongs everything is knock off! Worse part is now he's selling to other headshops and gas stations so now you can't even find any real puffs in Jacksonville: SCAM ARTIST!!
