The saying goes- good, fast or fair price…you can only have two. Tim and his team did great work, efficiently, and at a fair price. Not everyone is made like that. Thanks Tim!
Arrived Port of Jacksonville to collect two vehicles I shipped back from Puerto Rico, heading up to Washington. Tow vehicle was dumping power steering fluid, and I thought I was stuck. I had seen Tim’s shop earlier in the morning and called him at noon. The shop bays were busy, but Tim took mercy on me, being I’m from out of town and stranded.

The worst customer service ever..!!!!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CaAR here if you want keep your car still drivable condition, I brought my car for rear wheel bearing & front axle replacement, it took them to fix my car almost 2 weeks I’m not kidding…
Showed wrong axle into my car, and they said that’s how car came in..
Really poor customer service skills, I’ve been calling checking on my car almost every day, since I’ve been driving on rental car, every time they been yelling on me over the phone.. and keep promising me will fix tomorrow, but that wasn’t being happening..
After finally got my car back it was so filthy inside and outside like some kind pig drove on it,
So many black grease smudges were all over my car, my car is white color I never seen this bad dirty like it came from them..
Definitely they never gonna touch my car,
This guys don’t know what they doing..

I’ll bring all my vehicles up to Tec Masters. Jesse just worked on my Ford F150. Replaced the coils plugs. Had it ready for me the next day he’s awesome and even gave me a discount. He does great work 5 stars Couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. He also works on import vehicles awesome guy.!!

So I've dealt with them before, and so have alot of my friends, and people I know, never any issues like what I see on here.
To the person who said a good mechanic shouldn't have a yard full of vehicles in his lot if he's good, you sir have no clue about this field that just means either he's so busy cause of the quality of work, or he needs more techs, and there aren't enough to fulfill the workload. The reason I know you have no clue about this field, is cause I worked at a couple dealerships, and we was always full, and I worked on a truck that had to wait a month for all the parts cause they came from Europe, and it took time to get them here, so don't bad mouth a person cause he has alot of business and the load is overwhelming.
To everyone that said very negative things about this shop, it seems like you got a huge discount for your services, and you had other issues that didn't get addressed, cause you was probably informed about them, and you wanted them done as well at no extra cost.
The guy who had an oil, and transmission change, you got a huge discount, and Mr. Tim you gave him more than a $300 discount, cause at a dealer it costs $500 do do a fuel filter, and oil an oil change on a diesel, and here did the transmission, and engine for $300, he lost alot of money for the sake of helping you out.
Mr Tim, don't let these very few negative comments get you down, your services are great, and very reasonable, compared to the dealership that charges $180hr.

I brought my van to Tim’s two days ago for an issue it has had for a while. Though they were very busy, they were able to have my van diagnosed and repaired within two days. Also, I appreciated how honest and reasonably price they were. Always heard great things about these guys, made a believer out of me. They now have two new customers for as long as they are there !!!!!

I asked them how much the engine and transmission oil change (just labor, I had my own oil). They quoted $100, and i agreed on this price. After the job was done, they charged me $200, said they had spent more time on it, and put in some bolts(that was a lie, I checked myself, and they installed 0 new bolts). I paid $200 for an oil change, but ill better ride a bicycle or walk, or freakin crawl rather than go to this place again.
Edit: I will add it here as i cant answer owners reply.
First of all, I did not get the wrong part (that's another lie from you, you don't care about reputation, do you?); the part I purchased was correct and installed. It took so long cause your guy "learned" that you have to install a new crash washer every time you drain the transmission and you had no such washer available, so i came forward and checked nearby stores if they had the part necessary, they had not, so you installed washed from some AC line, and asked to watch it closely for the leak.
Second: you overfilled my engine with oil by one quart. How do i know that? I watched the video and checked the manufacturer manual to learn the proper procedure for checking the oil level. So i had to drain it.
Third: You underfilled transmission. How do i know that? I watched the video and learned the proper procedure on how to change transmission fluid. You did not do it correctly; you missed a couple of steps, and therefore, I was risking 6-8k dollars in repairs driving with an underfilled transmission.
Thank God I was watching what was happening in the shop. Otherwise, I would be with a completely ruined car; the engine would have been damaged by the overfill, and the transmission would have died cause of the underfill.
And you won't provide any warranty cause I paid cash and never received any receipts from you.
And one last thing: if you charge $380 to replace a seal, which is like a 20-minute job, can you please inform your clients prior to doing such an expensive operation? That would eliminate a ton of issues with your place, and allegedly the biggest part of your profits as well...
Anyway, have a good day; im lucky to learn a lot of new things about my truck and your shop for a relatively low price.

My van is here because we are on the road for a 14hr trip and our engine went bad. These guys have been great to work with. They are very understanding about the expense and let me purchase an engine and parts to repair it. So many mechanical issues but so far so good. We are on day 5 of repairs and I hope to be back on the road today. Will update when we are done.

Tims Literally Saved My Life
I would give them 1000 stars if I could. I was lucky enough to spot the shop as I was struggling with my car early in the morning on the way to the airport. The car kept vibrating like I had a flat and saying the air was low in the left tire. I filled it but the vibrating continued. My car was put in front of the other jobs and when it was on the lift the wonderful technician found that the metal from inside the tire was exposed due to some kind of tire defect. They put on my spare and were so kind and helpful. I would likely have had a blowout which could have been fatal to me and others on the road. I am eternally grateful. A million thank yous to Tim and his mechanics!

Tim is a-ok, I've had 2 vehicles up to his shop, fair price and got it done quickly. I have tried several other independent places previously including one owned by a friend, both with inconsistent results.

Done business with Jesse in the past and was straight up and honest. My water pump and serpentine belt went out. He fixes the cause of the issue and doesn’t try to stack on issues that aren’t a concern. He is very direct and diagnoses the issue within a day. Will have you driving in no time. Highly recommend and have passed on recommendations to friends and coworkers
