I would give more than 5 stars if I could! This center is so great. I have had both my kids enrolled here for almost 2 years. The teacher are always doing great activities with the kids and I love the artwork I get home weekly. The director and management staff are all very involved and really take their time to get to know the families. We love it here!

I’ve had my children here for almost 2 years and we love it! My oldest did VPK last year and she loved it and is doing so well in Kindergarten now and I know it’s because their program made sure she was ready. My youngest was 18 months when we started and she was fully potty trained about 4 months after she started in the 2s room. All of the teachers and staff are wonderful. Can’t recommend this center enough!

An overall outstanding facility! The staff cares about every child, they’re always available to assist, and always have a smile on their face.

Hands down the best decision we made for our daughter was bringing her here. She is so loved by everyone in the building. When you walk in Keisha and Jan are always so welcoming. It’s amazing how they know every child by name. The director Liz goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the care and your child is happy coming to school. My daughters teachers have been so great with her. Tiffany and Monique make going to school easy and we couldn’t imagine a better daycare facility. If you’re looking make sure you give them a tour you won’t be disappointed!

My daughter has been attending this location for a little over a year now. On her first day as a infant all the staff including the director were VERY welcoming & warm hearted. Fast forward to now they all are still the same sweet people. My daughter has created a bond with every teacher she has come in contact with here . It melts my heart to see how everyone interacts with my child & how comforting they are with not just her but the other children as well. Everyone is always hands on & attentive. They take every precaution necessary when it comes to COVID to protect those kids & i love that. As far as her learning goes she has learned a lot within these few months & it shows. I truly feel like i made the right decision bringing my child here. They all are truly appreciated ❤️

No longer impressed with this daycare. My child was disenrolled today as a safety risk because she was able to leave the classroom and make it to the playground while the teacher was distracted with another child in the bathroom. Director stated that everything is up to code for the state but the director even admitted that they are not staffed enough to watch the door to the playground and make sure kids stay in the classrooms. For the most part the staff is great with some exceptions. Had issues with not being able to drop my child off after 10 A.M. despite making it known days prior that she was going to an appointment. Would no longer recommend.

Tutor Time has been an amazing experience for our daughter! She really thrived in Summer Camp and VPK. The after school program has been great, and we are looking forward to Summer Camp 2022!Also, the Watermill location has done an amazing job with maintaining social distancing practices, and taking all precautions to keep the staff, children, and families safe.

My Grandson has been at tutor time since he was 3 months old ,he is now 15 month .He was moved to toddler b shortly after turning a year old, this was something new to him more kids ,no highchair, no crib. He was was having a hard time adjusting being that he hasn't started talking ,he begin biting instead of tutor time trying to help him with sensory things such water play ,rice play ,playdo etc . they found it easier to write him up daily ,suspended him for 2 days ( 15 months ) ,06/23/22 he was dropped off an hour later was disenrolled for biting ,this was the easiest thing for tutor time to do ,went to pick him up they had him scrapped down ( 15 months ) like a inmate ,with a toy in front of him in a soiled diaper .

My son (3 years old) has been going there for about a year now and we absolutely love it! The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and supportive! You can genuinely tell they love their jobs and the children! They provide a large number of resource activities for the children! I highly recommend Tutor Time!

Although the staff is really nice, I feel as if I wasted time sending my granddaughter to their summer camp. Very rarely was there any structured activities. The kids ran around playing all day. No arts and crafts, no group learning activities, no special projects, and so far only one item brought home by my granddaughter which was some slime that she made while at camp. I'm looking at the video camera of my granddaughter's class and the kids are running around, flipping, throwing toys and doing nothing worth over $200 plus dollars per week. I would remove her if it wasn't so close to the end of camp. The kitchen staff is awesome as well as Ms. Jane but my granddaughter spent a summer running around the class playing all day. I found out today that there will be no more water activities until camp is over. That was the one thing that I knew she somewhat liked. Very disappointed, because when I was enrolling her, this is not what I expected. I have voiced my concerns, only to see nothing has changed.
